The Packer Brothers Podcast? It's high-energy, passion, and love for the Green Bay Packers – with a dash of humor.
Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda. That about sums it up.
Aaron Rodgers is a very fine quarterback, perhaps the best in the Georgia Dome last Sunday, but he is not a great goal line running back.
That, of course, is not his fault, but regardless, the Packers take a tough loss against a very solid, well-balanced Atlanta Falcons team led by quarterback Matt Ryan, running back Michael Turner, and tight end Tony Gonzalez.
It was the unsurprising lack of a running game, several somewhat surprising stumbles on defense, and a serious, late special teams gaffe that did in the Packers -- in spite of Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers’ nearly heroic effort. And left guard Daryn Colledge's whiffs on back-to-back QB sneaks (seriously, Coach McCarthy?) earned him the Fuzzy Thurston "Look Out Block" award of the game.
If the rest of the season plays out as Packers fans hope, Green Bay may get another crack at the Atlantoids in the post-season. But before that, the Pack must play well enough to earn a playoff berth in the first place!
Next up are the struggling San Francisco 49ers, fresh off a Monday night win versus Arizona. Niners head coach and ex-Bear Mike Singletary will surely have his team fired up for this one. Will it do any good against a determined Packer team backed by a rousing home crowd at Lambeau Field? Sez here: GB 31, SF 17. Go Pack!

I understand what you are saying. But could it be that he is “laying low” somewhat until he has really accomplished something, like won a Super Bowl?

I understand that LA is still mainly about the Chargers, Raiders, 49ers, and Rams. And yet, they keep showing NFC East and North teams on TV there from what I hear.

Nah, that is just Al Davis scamming the NFL.
No one follows the Rams and few the Raiders (although there is more of a emotional attachment to the latter).
As far as Chargers go, we in L.A. look at San Diego as a little sister with some nice clothes, not really worth much of our attention.

Consider what winning a SB did to Brett Favre. In his early career, he was a nice guy and a team player, but after 1997, he started doing fake retirements and telling coaches and front offices what to do.

There’s one football site I know that has a regular poster who goes ballistic every time Chargers games are shown in LA. He keeps posting stuff like “CHARGERS SUCK!!! WE WANT TO SEE THE RAIDERS FOR CRISSAKE!!!”
And I’ve seen other people on the net saying that there are no Cowboys or Bears fans in LA and they need to stop showing their games there.

Not to hear Mr. Caps Lock tell it. To be fair, the Raiders did win a SB in LA. The Rams had to move to St. Louis before they could do that.

The Chargers have always been the red-headed stepchild of California football, but LA is a designated secondary market for them.
