Ten Most Corrupt Politicians of 2010 (feel free to add to the list)
Examiner.com ^ | December 17, 2010 | Jim Kouri

It's that time of the year when numerous organizations and news outlets publish or announce their "Best of..." or "Worst of..." or "Most important of..." or "Most popular of..." lists. Not to be outdone by the so-called elite media, below is a list from an industrious public-interest group whose sole mission is to investigate and prosecute government corruption wherever it is discovered. On Thursday, Judicial Watch released its 2010 list of Washington's “Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians.” While there may be some surprises, readers will note that neither political party has a monopoly on political corruption. Special thanks to Judicial Watch's Jill Farrell for providing the Law Enforcement Examiner with a comprehensive list of men and women deserving of recognition for their corrupt ways or illegal activities.

The list, in alphabetical order, includes: Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA), Rahm Emanuel, Former Obama White House Chief of Staff, Senator John Ensign (R-NV), Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA), Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. (D-IL), President Barack Obama, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY), Rep. Hal Rogers (R-KY), and Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA).

Bernie Sanders of Vermont comes to mind. He endlessly bellyaches about tax cuts for billionaires. He wants to confiscate the extra income of anyone making more than 200k to put it into net loss “green jobs” windmills and solar collectors. The workers in these government dependent black holes for money would then ostensibly vote for leftists like Sanders.

Europe has already tried what Sanders wants. It does not work. Oddly enough, Sanders points to northern Europe as his model of what the US should be like. The truth is that conservatism is on the rise in most of the places Sanders tries to emulate.

Hah ! I was going to mention the HRT gang. Fraim is certainly part of that crime syndicate.

For those outside of the Norfolk, VA area, HRT is a crime syndicate that is bringing "light rail" to the city of Norfolk. Criminals, through and through.

Nothing light about light rail at all. Bureaucrats feeding at the trough. High costs, thievery, graft, corruption, etc.

Feinstein for certain, but Arnold was not far behind. In terms of dollar impact, he might even be worse.

My personal favorite is the hush money paid to Michael Townes. I just hope criminal charges are filed so that he spills the beans. I have put in a request to the FBI to investigate.

Both on the take IMHO

Were they so hard up for a couple of token Republicans that they had to add John Ensign and Hal Rogers to the list for balance?

Yeah, I know Ensign is a sleeze who couldn't keep his dick out of a woman who wasn't his wife. But given his ample company in Washington, I hardly see where that alone qualifies him to make the list of top 100 crooked politicians, let alone the top 10.

As for, Rogers, I had to look him up. His porcine accomplishments make him a mere pissant compared to the late John Murtha. Yes, it is a shame he got promoted to chair the appropriations committee. But who is he replacing?

Even if you must have a token GOP or two on the list, I can think of far better candidates than these two pissants of sleeze without breaking a sweat.

Bernie isn’t so much corrupt as he is ignorant and stupid. He’s just an aging, demented European Socialist/Marxist who has “penis envy” when it comes to those who have been more successful than he has. Unfortunately, a Top Ten list isn’t nearly large enough to include those who are supremely destructive of our county. Now, a Top Ten Defenders of the Constitution would be more meaningful in that it would be difficult to get the list filled out!

Why not list the ones that aren't corrupt?

The list would be shorter.

Kwame Kilpatrick, hell, the whole Kilpatrick family should be on the list.

I mean they found $500,000 is his bank account that he could not explain.

1. “Play Misty for Me” Moo-cowski. There’s no telling how much leftwing money went into her primary and write-in campaign.
2. brocko himself. The unspent stimulus (while bludgeoning more billions out of the taxpayer for benefit-grubbing unemployment layabouts), in the hundreds of billions, slushed around and bought votes, and is sitting there ready to do it again. Now THAT’s corruption of the first order.
Then there’s the dropped prosecution of ACORNhole thugs, while taking up a lawsuit against a law-abiding Arizona.
3. 3J (Jess Jackson Junior). We’ve only seen the tip of his corruption iceberg (and yet he still occupies the speaker-pro-tem slot more often than just about anyone else.
3. Those SOBs from Bell, CA, City Council.

No way John Ensign and Hal Rogers deserve to be in the top 10 or probably top 100 most corrupt.
