Glenn Beck has always been known as someone to make some fairly bold and strange predictions, but the protests in Egypt may have given birth to a Beck prophecy on a whole other level. Beck has said that the Egyptian uprising is not merely about an oppressed and impoverished people fighting for their rights, but instead, Beck sees the uprising as an effort by radical Muslims and socialists to establish a one world government called a caliphate. Under Beck’s theory, the caliphate will eventually lead the “end of the Western world as we know it.” Beck has warned his viewers that the revolution is not merely about Egypt, but about their own towns, homes, and way of life...

Well, I’ve never actually listened to Beck, because I don’t do much radio or any TV.

So, I get the impression that he’s a bit kooky in his methods of presentation.

However, he is not kooky about this. He’s simply telling people what the Muslim Brotherhood says about itself.

And the danger is real. The Generals would like to preserve the status quo under a replacement for Mubarak, who has gotten too old to hand on much longer. But they may not be able to control the situation if their subordinates revolt.

Then it’s Caliphate here we come! And I’m afraid that Obozo dreams of helping to restore the Caliphate, and perhaps thinks he will be the new Caliph. That’s what his name implies, in Arabic, as we learned back in 2008.

He takes on some kind of a preacher persona...

There are times when I've watched him that remind me of some of those religious programs such as "The King is Coming" or the "John Ankerberg Show". Not necessarily the content, but the style.

Beck's informational presentations are problematic for me. While they are good, concise, and accurate, they are only as complete as a television format allows.

The information on a topic he covers in one day, would take a real classroom in a good school an entire week to view from all sides and probe with questions and debate. He transfers that responsibility onto the viewer, who in nine out of ten cases, moves the topic into the "I know all about this now" part of their brain.

That's not to discount his efforts. I commend him for that. Psychology 101 class makes most freshmen the most clueless experts in the field of human behavior. But it is a start..........

Agreed. He is usually correct, hammered by his critics because of the timing issues. He does have a delivery like the late Gene Scott.

First, anyone who doesn’t know the left bends over backwards for radical Islam, is an idiot. This despite Islam despising most of what the left supports (womens’ rights, dissent, gays, etc.)

Second, just bc radical Islamists can’t take over the World tomorrow, doesn’t mean they aren’t really trying.

As far as Glenn, yes, I find him annoying at times with the crying, his delivery but I love his passion to point out:

How our history is being hijacked, 8 school districts now teaching that a Muslim discovered America, etc.

The history of civil rights, slavery, was the Republican party not the Democrat Party.

The Czars in Obama’s WH, the power of the EPA, Sierra Club, taking over of the lands of private citizens, etc.

In other words, tune out the delivery, focus on the facts he gives. Like another poster here said: He doesn’t ask you to believe him, but do research the facts he provides, make your own decision.

His passion and love and patriotism for our country means more to me then his annoying delivery of content on his show...

Some of the players involved in Europe were all Obama supporters, fellow community organizers and propagandist. Soros, Acorn's Radke, union president Trumka, code pink, Dohrn....

The Muslim Brotherhood has clearly stated their agenda. Obama will not speak out against their involvement.

The promotion of a ICG candidate indicates Brzezinski, Soros, Clinton, UN globalist manipulators.

Don’t get me wrong, Beck is far and away better to listen to, than the likes of MSN-BS... but there are times I cringe, especially when his snicker seems “glommed on” when facing O’Reilly...

“I agree with most of his politics but his style is for someone else...not me.”

So, what you are basically saying is that you wouldn’t read a good factual book if you didn’t like the cover?

It’s not that hard to see what is going to unfold, look at other Muslim countries now staging riots due to Egypt.

It’s not that hard to see what happened to Iran after the Shah was forced out...the same will happen with Egypt. If anyone thinks there won’t be terror in the election process in Egypt, ensuring the Muslim Brotherhood candidate wins, think again.

Islam has taken over Europe, with PC protection like in Britain, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway. Sharia laws in areas and districts all over Europe. Jews having been told to leave by Denmark because they can’t protect them. Europe is Eurabia...coming to America within the next 20years...the same for us.

I do believe that the Anti-Christ is not a man,but a movement, religion, political force that is “Anti-Christian”....

@dps.inspect: I take Beck seriously - I never paid attention to politics or the world events. But my father did and evidently talked about it non-stop while I was growing up. So when I started paying attention I discovered he was right about almost everything. Glenn’s predictions will turn out to be right too - not immediate - these things take decades, as my father’s predictions regarding the left, teacher’s unions, re-writing of history, communism etc took.

These people are patient - all he is saying it is their ultimate goal (in their own words).

Just as in Greece - when food prices rise, unemployment stagnates, gas prices skyrocket we will have riots here in the US. Just look at the California “Protests” over college tuition hikes. Cars burned, windows were broken - typical leftist protests. The left bands with any group who wants chaos and revolution. They seek anger and hatred towards our government and capitalism.

As far as Beck silliness - I love it - it is my kind of humor. His ratings are high for a 5pm slot. Look how many people came to the 8/28 rally.

Beck is right.

"His style is irritating and it sucks. Trouble is, his analysis about the intention of radical islam to restore the caliphate , destroy western civilization, and spread islam worldwide is beyond dispute. It may not happen, or it may take a century if it does. But he is right about the basics." Any informed thinking individual understands the agenda of radical Islam. Beck has his theory regarding how this will all play out, and he is paid to offer up his analysis. Personally, I think it's a stretch to believe the Jihadis will take over the world. More likely they'll trigger a world war, and various locations of the Middle East will be nuked. The West will suffer as well.

No way, the whole uprising was due to U.S. ethanol mandates causing a worldwide food shortage. /s

You’re right. I read yesterday that there are demonstrations already going on in Yemen.

As far as the ‘anti-christ’ he will indeed be a man. It is satan incarnate. The barbaric religion of Islam appears to be the ‘one world’ religion that has been prophesied. For years preachers and scholars claimed that it was going to be the Catholic religion which made absolutely no sense to me. As you said, it’s not hard to see what is going to unfold and what is unfolding is evil unleashed. Just as indicated in the bible.
