Memo to Democrats: It's time to end the Wisconsin Insurrection
examiner.com ^ | 2/19/2011 | Joe Newby

Posted on 02/19/2011 8:23:26 AM PST by FredJake

Dictionary.com defines insurrection as "an act or instance of rising in revolt, rebellion, or resistance against civil authority or an established government."

"Insurrection" aptly defines what is happening in Wisconsin.

Worse yet, the chief executive officer of the nation - President Obama - appears to tacitly approve of the insurrection. His campaign arm - Organizing for America, and the Democratic National Committee - are involved in planning and supporting the insurrection, even going so far as to bus protesters in an effort to undermine the lawful government of that state.

Thousands of protesters - many carrying signs comparing Governor Scott Walker to Adolf Hitler - stormed the Capitol in an effort to shut down the legislature. This is not a mere redress of grievance; this is outright revolt.

All 14 Senate Democrats have fled to parts unknown to prevent a vote on a bill meant to keep the state solvent.

The Wall Street Journal reports that the AWOL Democrats plan to remain out of the state until the governor caves in to their demands:

"When we go back is ultimately up to the governor's willingness to sit down and talk about this and come up with some sort of resolution," said Sen. Jon Erpenbach, who fled with 13 colleagues on Thursday to deprive Republicans of the needed quorum to pass the measure. He spoke by phone from a Chicago hotel, where he planned to stay Friday night.

But Governor Walker has had enough of the Democrats antics. According to a post at Hot Air, the Governor is playing hardball with the Senators:

“The protesters have every right to have their voices heard, but I’m not going to be intimidated into thinking I should ignore the voices of the five-and-a-half million taxpayers,” said Republican Gov. Scott Walker…

According to Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_in_absentia

According to Edgar Sentell, a retired senior vice-president and general counsel of Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company, almost all the states recognize the presumption of death, by statute or judicial recognition of the common law rule. However, some states have amended their statutes to lower the seven-year period to only five consecutive years missing, and some, such as Minnesota and Georgia, have reduced the period even shorter to four years.

“Looks to me like the libs want all-out civil war. “ I bet they’ll be outgunned.

Yeah but they are far better organized. For decades marxist talk and organization for revolution have been protected "speech" as ruled by federal courts. Further, it appears they can beat and maim citizens that disagree with them with impunity. American patriots that try to organize and ready themselves to fight back against the marxists are infiltrated and arrested by the federal government. So if the SHTF at least in the early stages you can expect the patriots to be slaughtered enmasse. Below are some selected items from 1963 Communist Goals.

15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.

16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers' associations. Put the party line in textbooks.

18. Gain control of all student newspapers.

19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.

20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policy making positions.

21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.

33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.

36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.

40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use ["]united force["] to solve economic, political or social problems.

These marxists accomplishments or milestones of destruction of our nation could not have been accomplished without the active participation of the federal courts. There people are going to fight, physically, to keep what they have achieved and if you tell our idiot population about marxist subversion they laugh and call you crazy. I hope you are right my FReeper friend but we have a long way to go to be ready.

Their behavior is a gift to conservatives! They are losing in the court of public opinion

But they are not concerned with public opinion.

They are concerned with fundamental transformation.

Over and over again, history teaches that force must be met with force.

We now have a government with one set of rules for the Cambridge Police Department, and another for the New Black Panther Party. One set of rules for Republican campaigns, and another for Democrats.

One set of rules for Wisconsin elected representatives, and another for the SEIU.

One definition of "civility" for us, another for them.

I have predicted since David Boies first articulated the "will of the people" argument in November 2000 in Florida that the Democrats would eventually come to rely on an SA, on storm troopers

They no longer accept that arithmetical counting of votes confers legitimacy to rule. They have not accepted this since at least 2000, and perhaps before.

They win an election? Fine. Blood is a big expense.

They lose? Look at their standard behavior now after they lose, everywhere. Florida. Washington State. Minnesota. Those were close, so cheating, or trying to cheat, was enough.

But a landslide like Wisconsin? Forget about it. That means war.

"We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America".

You thought he was kidding?

I'm watching the marchers on FOX and there are some very good looking TEA party women.

There just one more reason to be a conservative, our women are really way above those skanks in floor length jean skirts with klogs and grey hair hanging all the way to the crack in their fat butts.

I agree they are well organized. I also agree the police and military are likely to be used against those opposing the communist agenda.

They won’t tell the police or military member they are going after some guy trying to protect his family. They’ll tell ‘em the guy is a terrorist and a threat to his family and to his community.

Aren’t most law enforcement officers members of a union?

“History reveals that all other things being equal, the advantage is with the volunteers, I believe. “

Really? Against a well organized communist incursion?

I'm good with this idea. It's going to happen sooner or later.

I'd rather it happen while I'm still young enough to do my part to restore our Republic. I'd hate to think I'd left a mess like this for my kids to clean up.

Which is why I believe that the counter protests of the Tea Party are a bad move right now.” -———

Exactly. I’m terribly afraid the Tea Party is in danager of walking into the perfect set-up, as is in “rope a dope”. Why take the spotlight off the bitter union now?

We aren’t being smart in controlling our imageif if this turns into a fist fight. We have been so superior in picking our battle grounds over the past year and looked so good and civilized that we have disarmed the lies and distortions of the msm. The msm convinced no one that we were whackos.

Now, when the msm is focusing like a laser on typical union behavior, a few Tea Partiers want to distract from that. Hopefully, it will be a low TP turn out.

I'll tell you this, for however amount of time our US citizen children are not influenced by 'government teachers', it is a damned blessing. Equally, it is a blessing that these government leeches are away from their jobs of trying to rob us of our hard-earned wealth is also a good thing.

Somebody tell me the downside in this? I hope the hell they never come back, regardless of whether they still get paid. They can't corrupt our childrens' minds of take more of our money if they're out in the streets protesting....hell, maybe the police will bust a few damned heads!

Walker needs to give McDonnell in VA a call:
Walker - I’m putting out a warrant for the arrest of Tim Kaine. He’s wanted for inciting riot, inciting insurrection and premeditated murder. Will you help?
McDonnell - When and where?

I hope you’re right, but there are too many LEO Freepers who excuse even the worst examples of abuse by cops.

The communists are very good at using cops and the military against the citizens.

"Fairy"? You're not man enough to say that to my face, punk, and you know it.

You don't know the first damn thing about Texas, foreigner. You read about the biggest three names in the state, then try to smear millions of good conservatives here with their rep.

That's not only childish and stupid, it's ignorant as all get out, and a slap in the face to every Texan posting on this forum. Notice that we Texans aren't bad-mouthing everyone in your little island country because of the Socialists that run the place. We're better than that.

And we're better than you, by a long shot.
