The controversial trip recently made to Tripoli, Libya by Mama Sarah Obama, the step grand mother of US President Barack Obama Jnr has caused jittery and big split within the Obama family in Alego Kogelo Nyang’oma backyard in Kenya.
Mama Sarah Obama, the 88 year old step grand mother who sprung into fame immediately soon after the election victory of her step grand son Barack Obama jnr as the President of the United States of America, the most powerful nation on earth has visited other countries including Saudi Arabia and Rwanda.
The Obama family in Kenya is currently embroiled in serious dispute about where the Kenya government should build the Kshs 100 million Barack Hussein Obama Cultural Center in Nyang’oma village.
Mama Sarah Obama visited Tripoli last month in the company of her youngest son Saidi Obama, a main and other person and were lavishly entertained by President Gadhafi in his Tripoli Palace.
The motive of the visit to Tripoli by Mama Sarah Obama remained unclear, but other unconfirmed reports says President Obama got the wind of the visit and appeared to have been embarrassed as he is said to have phoned his cousin Saidi Obama expressing his disappointment at what was going on around his Kenyan ancestral home backyard.
A source confided to us that it was the first time the US President used harsh tone in conversation with his cousin. Mr. Saidi Obama, however, could not be reached for his immediate comments.
Visitors at the Obama rural home in Alego Kogelo at the weekend were shown a huge album of containing a series of photographs of Mama Sarah Obama, her host Gadhafi and her entourage. It is believed some niceties had changed hands during the visit.

The state of having been born of parents with sole allegiance to a nation, on that nations soil, has had other labels - birthright citizen, native, indigiones citizen. After all, Vattel’s work was a compendium of natural law applied to law of nations. Grotius, Pufendor, Grotendyke, probably have the same constuct.

I believe this as well. In the earlier months and years of the search for the truth about Obama’s birth and bona fides, I had believed that he might have been born in Hawai’i to Stanley Ann and Obama Senior, the British Subject.
It’s looking more and more like Obama Junior was foreign born... and just who “Daddy” is, is anyone’s guess now.

The fact remains that it would be very easy for the aging relatives in Kenya 40+ years after the fact to conflate the nicknames of Stanley Ann and Madelyn Dunham.
I tend to believe stories with ages of children rather than ages of adults. With adults, it’s easy to forget how old they are but not so much when they’re children.

Otula would be about 80 years old trying to recall events in the early 1950’s. Not very reliable without any documentation that I have seen to support Obama Sr leaving Kenya in 1955 at age 19 to go to the USA.

Note that per this wiki interpretation it is the paternity of the two last sons of Kezia, not the first two pre-1960 children of Obama Sr. that appears to have been questioned by Mama Sarah (for what it's worth).

Obama is telling us every day, as is Abercrombie, that he is scared to death of what is in the HI vital records. Logic points to fear that ineligibility will be discovered and that can only mean a non-HI, non-US birth.
The entire congress, courts, US legal academic elite knew Obama had a UK subject father and chose to ignore that in an act of collective constitutional “jury nullification”. That jury nullification explicitly did not extend to ignoring a non-HI birth for Obama. That is what Obama fears.
Was searching for Anna Toot again and ran across this perverted 2008 British article about Davis. Didn’t know if you’d seen it. No US paper would write such but it brings in another person, a Dawna Weatherly-Williams, and it talks about Stanley. Wonder what caused Davis and Stanley to drift apart and when in the 80s.
I glanced through some of the Telegraph’s 2008 related Obama links and they are very interesting.
I would guess the reporter wrote down the numeral “2” in his notes and mistook it for the numeral “7” when he went to type up the story later.
Obama and his handlers are very shrewd propagandists. If Obama's comrades tell us, by their behavior, that something is important, it would be wise to look elsewhere. Chester Arthur used the same ploy, always in possession of his birth documents from Vermont, Arthur let, and possibly planted, misinformation about his mother, about his mother's age, about his whereabouts, and never answered questions.
Arthur had a friend or operative in the publishing business, Hinman, described by contemporary Obama supporters as a Democrat, but in fact a Republican, like Chester, write a conspiracy book claiming Arther was born in Canada. Arthur, already notorious for his involvement with the New York Port Authority and fraud, never addressed the charges. They served the purpose of diverting attention from his minister father's British citizenship. Arthur had his personal papers burned just before he died. Leo Donofrio and his sister are writing a book about Arthurs’s scam - the first president not a natural born citizen, or not a citizen at the time of the adoption.

Every Senator attested, in Pat Leahy’s Senate Res 511, April 2008, to the understanding that a natural born Citizen is born of citizen parents. There is no doubt. (The local trolls will claim "but they were talking about McCain." The provision does not change with the candidate.) We know compression is low, but replacing the engine is expensive, so we keep looking for other problems. The only reason for continuing to look is to avoid fixing the real problem, and anyone looking for other defects is, for whatever reason, deflecting attention from the crack in the engine block, and obstructing the necessary repair.

You are trying to have it both ways. It is Obama and his minions who put out “governed by the BNA of 1948” like a bright shiny bauble.
When you actually read the 1948 BNA you find that illegitimate children (of bigamous marriages not recognized in colonial Kenya or in HI) are explicitly excluded. If you look at the Kenya marriage act in force in 1961, it appears to me to say tribal marriage is lawful and Muslim plural marriage is not even in Kenya.
Your articulation of the “two citizen parent” argument is always flawless and appropriate for threads on that topic and I agree with you. But your obsessive attempts to dismiss, marginalize and deflect honest pursuit of proof of Obama’s equally important birth location on all Obama BC threads is trollish at best.
You do not know how SCOTUS would rule on the two citizen parent issue and we do not know what is in Obama's 1961 vital record file or the CPGH Mombasa records, or in the possession of Mama Sarah, but all patriots should pursue transparency and resolution of legal issues on all fronts and not attack each other, IMO.

Reporter under deadline screws up. It happens in some detail in almost every story, at least the ones I've been involved with.
That is why we must rely on contemporaneous source documents and full transparency.
We must not rely on reporters, hearsay, foggy memories of senior citizens, partisans with a bias or ghost writers of self-promoting biographies.
