Orly’s brief is poorly crafted as well. Too much grandstanding and not enough law.
Obama’s certification of birth has been proven a fraud. They tried to shut the guy who proved it to be a fraud up.

This was brilliant. I can’t believe Asman actually let Keyes talk so long about “natural born” citizen. Also, did you note how he tries to get information out of Keyes as to Trump’s investigation? They are all squirming because they know they are about to be exposed as mere talking heads and not real journalists. I believe when it is exposed that Obama was not qualified, it is going to usher in the death of the lame stream media, including “FOX in the hen house” News.
I don't see the issue being correctly resolved. Congress, the courts, and the media are fully invested in "Short form Hawaii BC = qualified." The courts want to get their by silence (lack of standing), Congress got there by affirming president elect Obama as qualified, and the media (Trump included) is doing its best to divert attention from the citizenship of parents point.
If the public does, by some miracle, conclude that Obama is not qualified, then not only ins the media in deep doo-doo, so are the fundamental institutions of government. I hope this happens, because I think the spirit of individual independence and power will benefit from the realization that Congress and the courts are failed institutions - a "reset" is needed.
Keyes is great as usual. Crystal clear and perfectly informed. He should have been our President in 2000.
