This idiot admits they are selling this garbage on a separate ID from their real one so as not to “jeopardize” their main account. I think that is a reason alone to contact eBay to find out if it’s a TOS violation.
1) CHOOSE reason for report: listing polic violations
2) CHOOSE detailed reason: “ OTHER listing policy violations
THEN CHOOSE ‘hateful discriminatory...” dropdown
at least instruct Ebay Freepers how to do it properly.

You can also report completed listings.

You can report it for other listing violations also. Keyword spamming, then inappropriate use of a celebrity et al. The more reports, the more likely the member will be reprimanded. But, I would not hold my breath.
I sure wouldn’t want to see that in a T-shirt.
