Hey all, here are the Scans of my COLB front and back.
They were imaged at 600 DPI and saved as JPG images.
Because the canon MG6120 software is such complete CRAP, I was forced to save the images to a memory card, then get them to my computer.
The images are unaltered, and have not been through any imaging software at all. Not paint.net, not photoshop, not Adobe. These are raw images so if they are huge, well thats why. After getting the images to save, I then had to get them to save on the PC.
Grrrrrrr.
I finally emailed the full images to myself so I could properly view them. I then Downloaded the images out of the Gmail address I sent them to, and copied them to my desktop. I then uploaded them to Photobucket.
Butterdezillion, the Business cards you see covering my personal information were present when scanning the back side of the COLB. If there is any bleed-through, I can't see it, and its business card stock with red and black ink on them (there are two business cards overlapped a little and held gently in place with double sided sticky tape.
The images should appear here and in the first comment.
Sorry it took so long folks, I am about to send a really nasty email off to Canon, their software SUCKS, the freaking thing barfs on USB port issues!~ Srsly... wtf? But it prints just great? Really.... I am SOOOOOO annoyed. Anyway, here they are!

Are you serious? Really? No COLB has a signature on it. Did you want the Long form? You should have said so. I have two copies of that, one a color copy that my Mom sent to me in 2000, and another which is an Uncertified Black and White copy sent to me by HDOH in September 2010. Is THAT what you want? Be specific, I am getting more than a little frustrated with all the freaking hoops I have to jump through to get these damn things posted.
FYI, that’s a legit COLB.

But I am serious about this: You are one the the best FReepers I know with the most comprehensive knowledge about the issue of Certifigate. And I thank you for your many splendid contributions. Including your own COLB.
I am trying to do that right now. I find this hard to believe, but I literally have to shut the printer off, and my computer and restart BOTH in order to see the scanned images off the memory card.
I am SO not even SLIGHTLY impressed with Canon’s software. I am utterly underwhelmed and frankly disappointed. BRB restarting so I can upload to Photobucket. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Do these things not come with an embossed stamp or paper press state seal ?

What is different about this copy and Obama’s? There is NO BEND to the left of the document. Isn’t that interesting?

What is also interesting is that it doesn’t look like the Nordyke certificate eight years later. It does resemble Obama’s though.
I was surprised to see that it did not contain a statement such as “A True and Correct Copy of an Original...” As the Nordyke certificates do.
Does it say any such thing perhaps on the back of it?
On the Long form?? There is no back of the document per say. Its just blank paper. Nothing on it. Remember, the black and white is an UNCERTIFIED copy! The color copy is just that, a photocopy my mom made for me in 2000 when I got my wallet stolen.
The Nordyke’s and Obama’s were 8 years earlier for what ever it’s worth, mine are from 1969.

How do you post an image?
I am wondering if perhaps we could come up with a sufficient quantity of Hawaiian birth certificates, we could date Obama’s merely by comparing it with versions from different time periods.
On the other hand, the Nordyke’s look very much like the one I posted a link to above, and that’s 10 years later. Is there more than one version for the same time period?
I will accept your Hawaiian Bona Fides if you post an mP3 of You singing "Tiny Bubbles," all lyrics correct, enclose picture of yourself surfing a long board off Maui, and a poi recipe.
I am sorry to be such a nit-picking racist, but I was burned by a guy with a bogus COLB and SS# whom I hired for my Baskin-Robbins Store in Honolulu.
