On May 9, 2011, the Illegal Immigration Prevention Apprehension Co-op Team (IIMPACT) conducted a human smuggling investigation.
During surveillance, detectives stopped a suspected smuggling load vehicle on State Route 202 at 40th Street in Phoenix. The vehicle was loaded with nine undocumented immigrants and smuggler or coyote who was the driver. It was discovered during further investigation that one of the persons being smuggled was a criminal alien, with a prior arrest in California by the Redwood City Sheriffs Office in 2005 for attempted murder of a police officer. The charges in California were dismissed and there was no record of the suspect being turned over to ICE for deportation by California authorities. He is identified as 38-year-old Johnny Santiago Vasquez-Calanche, a citizen of Guatemala.
IIMPACT detectives determined Vasquez-Calanche had recently entered the United States illegally through Arizona en route to a final destination of Los Angeles.
During the past seven days IIMPACT detectives have raided three drop houses and have stopped an additional three illegal immigrant load vehicles. Those cases have resulted in the arrests of eight suspected human smugglers and the arrest of 63 undocumented immigrants. Most of the illegal immigrants are from Central America.

California is a cancer that is infecting the rest of the country. Too bad the Founders didn’t consider a process for kicking out states that refuse to enforce our laws. Their lawlessness weakens the USA.
I need to know this in order to further a debate with a certain open-borders friend of mine, who is way too influential in my church.
This old study might help.
“According to INS and FBI statistics from 2006, 29 percent of all the inmates in all state and federal prisons are illegal aliens. Imprisoning those inmates costs the state and federal governments 1.6 billion dollars every year.”
Interesting overall country chart. More info from the study in my previous post. “the number of criminal aliens in Utah’s jails and prisons skyrocketed from 2,018 in 2008 to 3,438 in 2009.”

Of course, these are just the ones behind bars at a specific time period. This does not include all the ones being protected by sanctuary cities or who never saw a cell or who were quickly released because of over crowding (CA).
Thanks for this info.
I’d rather see y’all at their swinging.
Time for a massive “pinata party”.
I like your idea.
