We're All Communists Now, Part 2

In the early 1980s, one of the books I read in college that eventually converted me from Democratic socialism to conservatism was "The Naked Communist" (1958) by Cleon Skousen.

The 45 communist goals Skousen documented over 50 years ago reads like today's newspaper, but most people are either too ignorant ("I didn't know"), apathetic ("I don't care") or egocentric ("I want power") to understand that since FDR both political parties have essentially morphed into one leviathan hypocrisy. America has devolved into a servile welfare state where more and more of its citizens are victims of voluntary slavery to the federal government.

Examine this simple syllogism below from the mouths of communism's forefathers:

Marx: Democracy is the road to socialism; Lenin: Democracy is indispensable to socialism. The goal of socialism is communism; Marx: The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism. The logic is both seductively wicked and complete
