(May 30, 2011) — Sherlock Holmes once noted that the perfect crime is the one that is never detected. Those who are now finally discovering the unsolved mystery of Barack Obama’s eligibility under the Constitution as a “natural born Citizen” should read more Sherlock Holmes.
In reality, there is no mystery. Day-by-day, week-by-week and revelation by revelation, the empirical evidence accumulates that the man now occupying the White House may very well be plainly ineligible to do so. It only remains for the truth to finally catch up to him, as the truth always does. And yet legions of his supporters and sycophants are doing all they can to delay and postpone that day of reckoning.

Doesn’t matter - no one will prosecute. Your efforts are noble, but ultimately (and unfortunately) will be fruitless. There is no one in a position to do anything about this, who *will* do something about this. There is no local, state or federal prosecutor -or- judge -or- representative, all of whom swore an oath to uphold the constitution, who will lift a finger. Not a single one has stepped forward, nor is there any reason to believe they will suddenly have an epiphany and act in the future.
It appears that Obama is safe from any claims against his eligibility. The US Constitution may as well be toilet-paper in a congressional restroom for all the regard congress affords it - whether they be democrat or republican.
There is always one witness to every massacre. There are politicians and others who know the truth and have kept silent. IMO, the word traitor(s) fits.

Generally, the records bear no alterations and if there were, a certificate of alteration has to be issued against the alteration by the birth records office at the Mombasa district commissioner's office.
The NSIS investigators said they found 79 illegal alterations or insertions at the Lady Grigg Maternity Unit between June 1, 1960 and Dec. 31, 1961.
"For a professional trying to hide or confuse records at the Births Registry, we believe they could pick other dates within this period to make deliberate alterations to keep off track any investigations into this case," the NSIS report said".
It's obvious that this Jack Maskell, author of the first CRS memorandum, is a partisan pro-Obama hack stealthily posing as an objective legal scholar. If you check out his background, I'd bet the ranch that he has some big connections to some prominent 'Rats in Washington.
Where is the second CRS memo that was recently made public? I saw no link to it.
