The Post & Email was contacted earlier today by Attorney Orly Taitz, who stated the following regarding her lawsuit, Taitz v. Astrue:
The judge did not dismiss my case against the Social Security Administration as the U.S. attorneys wanted, and he therefore ordered that the case will go on.
Also, the Department of Justice had asked to seal all of my pleadings because they contained the social security number which Obama has been using, but Judge Royce Lamberth ordered that I simply refile it, redacting the number, because it has already been out there. They wanted my complaints and my first amended complaint sealed, but Judge Lamberth said it could be refiled.

I fear Judge Lamberth is going to be inundated with threats from the obots over at Fogbow...we even have them here on Free Republic running interference.
[On a different subject, Taitz told The Post & Email that she has been receiving threats from someone employed by the IRS as an attorney who is reportedly a member of The Fogbow. A video has recently been issued about members of The Fogbow, whom we suspect but have not yet proven have harassed others, working to uncover the truth about Obama. The harassment that has been reported contains violent, graphic death threats. Taitz said that she was threatened with being taken away by people driving dark vehicles and that “it wasn’t going to be pretty” if she revealed the IRS attorney’s identity. Of the harassment, Taitz said, “People need to write to the IRS about this attorney abusing her power as well as to Congress, specifically Rep. Darrell Issa.”]

Say what you want about her, but she’s brave indeed to keep on with this! I think the SS number is going to be Barry’s undoing. That and his school records (where he probably applied for foreign student aid), if anybody can find them.

Barry’s world has been slowly unwinding. Rather than the one big smoking gun, his demise will be death from a thousand cuts. Orly being just one of them.
“Taitz also mentioned that Obama’s White House Counsel, Robert Bauer, had announced his resignation from his post on June 2, the day after Lamberth issued his ruling in Taitz v. Astrue. “Perhaps Bauer does not want to be deposed as White House Counsel for having had knowledge of Obama’s forged birth certificate and invalid social security number,” she said.
“I’m really questioning the timing. They’re law clerks who work, particularly in the U.S. District Court in DC, and they know what is happening. They know as the judge signs the order what it will say before it is posted on the electronic docket. So yesterday, as Judge Lamberth signed the order whereby the case will go on, at the same time, Robert Bauer resigned.”

I agree, brave. Wow.
I do not believe he filed in the USA for some kind of aid for foreign students; it could be that Indonesia provided him, as a citizen, whatever grant to study in the USA they have available. not a sin or against any laws, that. The killer thing for his ability to run again would be to find out that on his application for admission to occidental college, if he APPLIED as a foreign student. That would mean that our President checked the box marked “no” for the question “Are you an American citizen?”. If he did lie thusly, if he was a citizen, it would show a great lack of loyalty to this country. No one but lefties would want someone who denied his citizenship as their leader.
So Hillary versus Palin - who comes out the winner?
Darrell Issa isn’t too far south of where Taitz’s office is. She should pay him a visit in person when he back in his district. Give him copies of everything she has and ask for a real investigation by congress into the myriad illegalities of this administration.
The best way to stay safe is to be open and public about as much as possible so no secrets could die with her if an ‘accident’ should happen. Oh, and be sure to have copies of everything provided to multiple people to release in the event of any foul play.
That’s a good question. Hilary wou ld make a big deal out of her foreign policy experience.
Judge Lambert battled the Clinton administration big time, he has been here before.

the threshold for a motion to dismiss being denied is very low. even if granted the complaintant has x number of days to ammend so this is not so major. Curious to see if something comes of this.
I doubt it.
