Would some garden-savvy FReeper please help identify this kind of weed:
Its kind overtake my backyard every Spring. If left to grow long enough they can get pretty large/bushy.

I think it’s Dickweed. You see a lot of it growing in the White House garden.

Sheep’s ear? Try getting a goat.
I had a mystery weed last year that everyone thought was milkweed, but it turned out to be a sunflower.

I agree with another poster looks like autumn olive, wild form ofg honeysuckle, very invasive, will get large and flower, filling the air with a sickly perfume that is unmistakable. If you have little ones there must be some big ones, white flowers. The big ones need to be gotten rid of the you will quit getting little ones.

Judging by the leaves, it looks like a member of the pea family, which includes clover, sweet clover, lupine, and many other plants. Have you seen the flowers?
To: martin_fierro
That almost looks like false blue indigo.

What state is that growing in? The soil looks like S.E. U.S.
What does it look like when mature?

Now, why would I sic a goat on a poor little sheep?
You horrible woman.

Looks like milkweed. Break a leaf, if it oozes a thick white goo, it's milkweed. It is also the only plant eaten by monarch butterfly caterpillars, and you'll often find their chysalises hanging on them... a light jade green orb-like coccoon ringed under the top with a single strand of black & gold flecks.

Hang it upside down until it gets dry then smoke it.
That’s the only way to be sure.

Lambs ear? that will take over everything as well.
To: martin_fierro
My first thought is cottonwood, which is actually a tree, but grows like weeds. But I don’t know about the leaves matching that, and where the picture was taken. Is this from Uruguay, and could you be more detailed about the plant?
To: annieokie
NO NOT LAMBS EAR. Sorry, Lambs ear has bigger leafs and is a shorter bushier plant.
