Hackers uploaded to the Internet Friday (Manila time) the court documents of at least eight cases against Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.
In messages on its Twitter account, hacker group TeaMp0isoN also hinted it will soon leak details of cases against President Barack Obama.
"[Eight] Court Cases against @SarahPalinUSA that have been whitewashed," it said.
The supposed data about the cases against Palin were uploaded to Pastie.org.
A later tweet said "the next bunch of cases that will be leaked will be related to Obama."
The TeaMp0isoN group had been in a rivalry of sorts with Lulz Security, which had also hacked into many government and corporate websites.
Last June, the group vowed to reveal the identities of Lulz Security members, who TeaMp0isoN said were "nothing but a bunch of script kiddies."
Defiant LulzSec
A week after some of their members were arrested, hacktivist groups Anonymous and Lulz Security remained defiant, telling the Federal Bureau of Investigation and international law authorities to "expect us."
In a message posted on Pastebin.com, the two groups said they were amazed and amused by an FBI official's claim that "chaos on the Internet is unacceptable."
"We become bandits on the Internet because you have forced our hand. The Anonymous bitchslap rings through your ears like hacktivism movements of the '90s. Were back and were not going anywhere. Expect us," they said.
"We are not scared any more. Your threats to arrest us are meaningless to us as you cannot arrest an idea. Any attempt to do so will make your citizens more angry until they will roar in one gigantic choir. It is our mission to help these people and there is nothing absolutely nothing you can possibly to do make us stop," they added.
The post appeared to be a reply to statements by FBI deputy assistant director Steve Chabinsky where he was quoted as saying that even if hackers may have social causes, "its entirely unacceptable to break into websites and commit unlawful acts."
Last Tuesday night (Manila time), 21 hacking suspects were arrested in the United States, United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
Of the 21, 16 were arrested in the US and one in the UK, while Dutch police arrested at least four more.
But Anonymous and LulzSec said they found acceptable the following acts: Governments lying to their citizens and inducing fear and terror to keep them in control by dismantling their freedom piece by piece.
Corporations aiding and conspiring with said governments while taking advantage at the same time by collecting billions of funds for federal contracts we all know they cant fulfill.
Lobby conglomerates who only follow their agenda to push the profits higher, while at the same time being deeply involved in governments around the world with the only goal to infiltrate and corrupt them enough so the status quo will never change. "These governments and corporations are our enemy. And we will continue to fight them, with all methods we have at our disposal, and that certainly includes breaking into their websites and exposing their lies," they said.
As to Chabinsky's claim that the Internet has become so important they have to make sure it "does not become the Wild Wild West," they said:
"Let me ask you, good sir, when was the Internet not the Wild Wild West? Do you really believe you were in control of it at any point? You were not."
"That does not mean that everyone behaves like an outlaw. You see, most people do not behave like bandits if they have no reason to," they added.
I think they are leaking details about Palin running guns to the drug cartels in Mexico. Sorry, my bad - wrong politician, wrong party.
Yea sure, so many things about Sarah and her family have been whitewashed.
Jerks!
For an article with Palin in the title, she sure was scarce.
The Palin stuff seems a waste of time. We already know which shoe she puts on first in the morning from her MSM anal exam. The Obummer stuff could be interesting, but I am not aware of any court proceedings against him. Maybe Larry Sinclair was involved?
Here’s the Twitter account of the hacker talking about leaking Obama documents - INTRIGUING!!!

This not hijacking just an observation.
If you are familiar with Orson Scott Cards books starting with Enders Game. this read like baiting using the net. I do not recall which book but there is a chapter long back and forth of emails and baiting govt on interweb.
When I read the above it struck me that these posters/hackers have read the series. The verbiage is very similar.
Nothing about Palin is ever whitewashed...just mud washed.
I’m reading them now. (and laughing my head off.)
Whitewash?
1: suing her for a drug arrest of the plaintiff. He claims the drug arrest and prison time was illegal. The case was dismissed.
Checking some details and will post the rest in a bit.
NOOOOO.... They are leaking Palin’s terrorist ties! Oops, wrong party, wrong politician again! Damn.
Imagine the prestige and world-wide acclaim a hacker would have for bringing down a sitting US President!
To reveal secret damning documents of Obama’s corruption would definitely be a one-way ticket to being honored in the Hacker Hall of Fame.
DISCLAIMER: I personally don’t advocate anybody breaking the law because that is...well, illegal.
The eight suits are absolute garbage. Nothing there (what a shock!).
May be they like Palin.
Case 2: Prisoner was stabbed in the eye by another prisoner. Alaska state law prohibits his suing the system or the government. Every time it was thrown out, he dragged in higher authorities to sue.
Case 3: Failure to declare a proclamation for Juneteenth celebration.
Case 4: Another Arno Weber filed after case 2 above failed.
Case 5: ‘...she
conspired with Presidential Candidate John McCain and his carnpaign manager Richard “Rick” Davis to begin making public speeches and television and cable advertising to
engage in a McCarthyJike campaign of falsehoods, innuendo, and smear of the reputation of Presidential candidate Barack Obama.”
Case 6: Another Juneteenth complaint. Not only did she not read the proclamation as required, she did not give everyone the day off...
Case 7: reading now... suing 40+ officials from Obama to Palin and NFL commissioner for 10 Million to 10 Billion apiece...
Case 7: guy wants the government to buy his “safe” steroid replacement and use it in the military and NFL. Claims someone was murdered to keep him quiet. It really is an amusing read and no lawyer would touch it.
Case 8: Prisoner suing for a pardon because he was butt raped in prison.
How can Obama hack himself?
They are following the ‘script’ of all the classic cyberpunk books and movies. Take a gander at old Alt.2600 or Mondo 2000 stuff and it’s easy to see what they’re doing, why, and what we can expect in the future.
First let me state that I’m no fan of them hacking and distributing our military/cecurity info, but I love the fact that they do not seem to be a lib bunch that just goes after Repubs and gives left wingers a pass.
It’s bad or it aint. And though there may be a LOT of ‘bad’ they are exposing (all the big hacker groups, not just these guys) The methods are wrong by the laws we believe in. There’s no getting around that. But I still have a part of me that wants, laws be damned, them to get the goods on all the corrupt bas!ard$ and nail them to the wall with it. If it happens, I won’t cry. Sad it’s come to this.
The really disgusting part is that our collective governments are so corrupt that this whole situation really has become a cyberpunk novel come to life... and that the hackers really are the lesser evil in many ways. Definitely not the country the founders had in mind.
If they could successfully hack ObamaSoetoro’s passport or other sealed/hidden records, well, then we’d be talking! Of course, the last time that happened, the key witness in the case caught a bad case of dead.
Sounds like a couple of ten year old internet warriors.
