Governor Palin’s Tea Party Speech Will Take Place on the Three-Year Anniversary of Her RNC Conven...

Whitney was the first person to notice that the Tea Party keynote address she is scheduled to give in Waukee, Iowa falls on the third the three-year anniversary of her speech at the 2008 Republican National Convention (September 3rd).

The Governor seemed to provide a Preview of her speech in a press release from the Tea Party group:

I’m very excited to join grassroots Iowans at the ‘Restoring America’ event over Labor Day Weekend…Gatherings like this of independent liberty-loving Americans from every walk of life exemplify our commitment to come together to seek solutions to the problems confronting our nation. As I’ve said many times, including at Pella during my last visit to Iowa: We don’t need a ‘fundamental transformation’ of America. We need a restoration of all that is good and strong and free. The 2012 election will be a great debate between those two conflicting visions for our country.

...your holy saint...

Gotta throw the required ad hominem at Palin while defending your guy, eh? That's telegraphing weakness of resolve on your part, and even a bit of desperation. Not good.

Mr. Cain is still learning the ropes and has some serious mis-steps...

I'll say they're serious. It's what happens when you don't have experience in running for progressively higher offices, winning races along the way. Cain should have begun his political career a long time back, and worked his way up the ladder. He'd no doubt be a formidable candidate right now, if he had.

His missteps on the muslim comments are something like walking off a roof. I'm afraid there's a painful splat at the other end.

He's a good man, and meets my ideological purity test, but he's not yet ready for the big leagues in politics, in my opinion.

Hah, hah....let's recall that O'Gasbag, Rove and Morris stated unequivocably that Palin wouldn't run.

....and if I remember correctely, the Krautzenjammer Kid opined likewise.

Is it skeptical because she isn’t doing traditional means? Then read her book or read how she ran for governor!

If it’s wishful thinking, then wish this away.

1. She hired a Chief of Staff, New Foreign policy adviser and may hire a new Press secretary in a few weeks, all this year - that doesn’t sound like a cheerleader

2. National Bus tour highlighting key primary states , NH, SC, IA (stop part of the way because of jury duty)

3. Massive grassroots organization in Iowa (according to reports, better organize than announced campaigns)

4. She refused publicly to tell Organize4Palin, where volunteers traveled from far away states going through their saving accounts to organize for hopefully a potential run by her to STOP organizing for her ( she will feel the wrath for playing a game with people if all of this was a game to her)

5. She said in the Newsweek article that her family was the only ones that would make her not run - she then proceeded to go down the list of her family and their thinking and they appeared either to be a Yes or were ambivalent (it was up to her, Sarah to decide)

"DUDE"? Is that any way to address a fellow FREEPER, in an adult way?

Nope, I have been someone who has never been a "cheerleader" for the crybaby Boner. CCB was sort of okay, but he backpedaled on that whole thing faster than you can say "JACK ROBINSON" and I've always thought that he would eventually cave.

Your crystal ball is cracked and cloudy. Santorum did what he had to do, at the time. There are some things that pols have to do, if they expect any help when they run. I understood it, didn't like it ( I have always hated old Arlen, BTW, before you try to smear me with any more tripe, from your fetid brain ), but even when a pol doesn't do what I want, re supporting someone I think is garbage, I do understand the whys and wherefores.

Perhaps it is you who needs to brush up on the nitty gritty of politics, so that you will be able to see through that emotional fog you are engulfed in.

>>Gotta throw the required ad hominem at Palin <<

Last post.

My note was at you supporters, not her.

You worshipers are so sensitive that any mention of your religion is interpreted as an attack on Gov. Palin. Simple forensics says otherwise.

Gov. Palin is a wonderful person. I have legitimate questions about whether she will run for POTUS, and if she were to choose to do so, whether she would be a net plus or minus to Conservatives.

But to suggest that she may not run or if she does that it may not be the best course is somehow bad borders on insanity. And for some, it actually crosses the line INTO insanity.

To suggest that Gov. Palin might not run is not just predicting, it means you an EVIL LIBERAL TROLL!!

Thou shalt not ever predict that Saint Palin may demur. Keep thine thoughts pure and holy.

It's antagonistic comments like that which have earned you the label: PDSer.

You reveal yourself to be a fraud when you attempt to sound oh-so-reasonable when talking about Cain, but go off your nut in any discussion about Palin.

Frankly, I don't even know why you come to these threads and do the same old kabuki dance, day in and day out. What is the point, unless you truly intend to wound her in some way?

If you were honestly looking for answers, you would have ceased asking the same tired questions months ago, because well meaning people have done their darnedest to give you those answers hundreds of times.

You act just like a liberal troll. Quit acting surprised and insulted when people nail you on it.

They didn’t boost him in ‘10. She did.

What? Only people who boosted McCain in '10 should be criticizing McCain now?

How is that not an example of politics as usual. I am so sick of that.

I would also add that Bachmann did give McCain a boost in '10. She called both men, Heyworth and McCain, honorable.

McCain is of course NOT honorable.

So where's Bachmann's apology now??

fan of McCain? hardly. but then I’m not a fan of backstabbers either. so I'm glad Palin didn't back stab him when she had the chance. she showed class and she showed her true character which is so much better than 99% of the people in DC.

if the shoe was on the other foot, McCain would have back-stabbed Palin in a heartbeat.

What you call sarcasm, intelligent people call evasion.

Evasion? Oh, you mean like the way you responded to nopardons in post 52:

>> Supporting Palin makes far more sense than you supporting Cain, who couldn’t even win a primary, in his own state, and keeps proving that he isn’t ready for prime time; let alone running for president! <<

So you ARE playing “my candidate is better than yours nya nya nya.”

You mean that kind of evasion?

Quit before you completely embarrass yourself, son.

God help anyone who actually predicts Gov. Palin won’t run.

For you worshipers, that is sacrilege.

Of course, when she doesn’t run, you have no downside. You just use ad hominem to attack people whose political acument suggest she won’t.

You St. Paliners won’t just disagree and say “well, we think she will.” You must call the detractors “liberal trolls,” run down the supported candidates (if stated) of these who dare say she may not run (denotative, not connotative — not that it matters to you acolytes).

I have yet to say a single bad word about Gov. Palin, but you who worship at her shrine do no good for her. If she were to see these threads where you run the table by just slamming all analysis that suggests less than she will be the next POTUS (much less run), she would probably be unhappily bemused.

As I said — when she doesn’t run what will you do? I expect a MASSIVE public bow down to my butt since you can’t seem to separate expectations from desires.

Man, this is like shooting fish in a barrel. Thanks for posting a bookmark-worthy post for later schadenfreude!

You have embarrassed yourself more than I possibly could have done for/to you.

And for that I thank you.

Of you wish to respond and dig your hole deeper, I onvite you to do so.

But this is the last post you shall get from me, ever. I don’t waste my time with fools, idiots and children.

I have been kind twice in this thread. I shan’t be kind a third time.

Really? The argument is that Bachmann called someone and their opponent honorable is an endorsement? Good luck with that.

Dude is the standard reply to perceived insults. Telling me that I had no business talking politics is one of the said insults. I called for Palin to denounce McLame. I did not call for her to not run, to go away, to shut up, to leave the country. What I called for is a rational request. A denunciation of his slamming her supporters. She backed the guy less than a year ago. I don’t see a problem with that. It’s the right thing to do.

On the Santorum point, I posted a positive article about him when he was thinking of running and I was flamed for days on his support of Spector. mostly from the usuals on Palin threads. He is a solid Conservative, but all I heard was of the Spector primary. Bush/Rove forced him to do it, but they all blamed Rick. No such problem with Palin and her endorsements though. I don’t hate Palin, but am irritated with the amount of damage McLame does to the county on a daily basis. For crying out loud, people hate DeMint for backing Mittens in the ‘08 primary. And I can’t call on Palin to hit Mclame?

Don't you see Windflier, FreeDumb2003, is Mr. Objectivity(see one of the useless vanities he posted), but everyone who supports Palin are cultists, and such (see his many references to this in his posting history).

Oh, and because you dared challenge his so-called objectivity, you get labeled a fool, an idiot, and a child.

Mr. Objectivity is also Mr. Victim. He quite regularly will post something pejorative in nature about Governor Palin and/or her supporters and then when taken to task for such bad behavior crys about being attacked.

Par for the course for this whiny debator.

Why do you feel the need to make up what my argument is?

I didn't say that Bachmann endorsed McCain. I did say that Bachmann refused to endorse either candidate, saying that they were both honorable.

As I said, McCain is of course NOT honorable. So where's Bachmann's apology now for calling McCain "honorable" and for refusing to endorse Heyworth over McCain??

Really? Your posting history is so chock full of attacks and snarks against Sarah Palin that it's hardly worth retrieving any of them to rub in your face.

I don't know how old you are, freedumb, but you post like an adolescent, and reason like a child. Your obsession with coming onto Palin threads and battling with her supporters also shows a kind of emotional immaturity that is glaringly apparent to every adult who's watched you around here.

That you never seem to prove a point, nor make any sort of cogent analysis, is yet another indicator that you're out of your depth in these conversations.

If you spent half the time promoting your chosen candidate and singing his praises, as you do grinding on Palin supporters, you'd earn a lot more respect around here.
