Straw Polls are like Straw Purchases - the result doesn’t go to the person it’s meant to, and the process shouldn’t receive any press and should instead be treated as a non-story.

It would be worthwhile if it didn’t include people like Chris Christie who has made it clear again and again and again that he isn’t running.

Personally, I don’t mind too much the ones that only allow one vote per IP address. Those that will let you sit and click, not so much.

Yeah I’m tired of that garbage.

If you intend to run, you’ll have to face the meat grinder anyway so there’s no real point in putting it off.
