Don't all elected officials implicitly promise to finish out a term to anything they are elected to? Americans are used to this, heck if Sarah Palin can do it why can't Rick Perry?

This is NOT everything in my arsenal but simply one point of many why the MSM is favoring Perry over Palin.

Simply I am trying to bring clarity to the “quitting” issue.

And do you really think the MSM is overlooking the fact Perry left office before his full term was up after promising not to do so for any other reason than to prevent comparisons to Palin leaving office prematurely?

So I never want to read of or hear of Perry or a Perry supporter ever criticizing Sarah Palin for “quitting”.
