...This month, before going on a vacation to a luxurious estate on Martha's Vineyard, Mr. Obama tried to deflect criticism on his handling of the economy by stating that he had a "very specific" plan to announce on jobs come September. However, an Obama Spokesman has downgraded expectations for the President's speech, saying that the President merely will offer "some ideas" next month...
Before leaving for Massachusetts, the President emphasized that his "laser-like focus" was still on jobs, even as he swam and built sand castles. President Obama unambiguously stated:
"I'll be putting forward, when they come back in September, a very specific plan to boost the economy, to create jobs, and to control our deficit. And if they don't get it done, then we'll be running against a Congress that's not doing anything for the American people, and the choice will be very stark and will be very clear."
Despite this, however, it now appears that President Obama will not be terribly specific when it comes back. The newly added ambiguity comes from an Obama-spokesman who detailed what the President will discuss in his speech.
Mr. Obama will offer “some reasonable ideas that can have a tangible impact,” White House deputy Josh Earnest stated. “There will be some ideas that the President will lay out in this speech... new ideas... I think [Republicans] will find a lot of things in the President’s speech that they'll like,” he added.

Holy cow, just another ‘I’ve got some great ideas....’ speech...with absolutely no clue whether they’ll work, how they’re implemented, who and how anybody will benefit from them or even what the expected outcomes will be...
And when they turn into krap not worth a hill of beans, it’ll be everybody else’s fault.

All through his campaign he said he had a plan, but wouldn’t provide details. Upon election he said his administration was ‘working’ on plan. Now he’s still working on a plan & we know it will work as well as the last one.
Is it 2012 yet?!
So in other words, it will be more of the same. No plan, no specifics, just more noncommittal, unquantifiable bubble-headed feelgood hogslop delivered by an unqualified marxist-leaning dufus through the aid of teleprompters.

Walk to work. You'll slim down, get a little sun and save gas. Yes you might have to get up 3 hours earlier to get there on time...no matter...it's for the common good.
So for all the salary and bennies he and his first moose get ..we get in return
1. speeches with words that mean nothing
2. our country turned over to thieving communists who know nothing about the real world - despite the fact they think they know it all.
3. guilt trip giveaways/bribes of taxpayer money to Obama voters.
4. world apology tour and abdicating our place in the world.
5. credit downgrade due to insane spending.
If we survive this and become a decent upstanding country again and the whole truth is told, no one would believe we were stupid enough to elect these people.

If he’s not going to present any specifics then just STFU and quit wasting our time. Stay on the Vineyard and continue playing endless rounds of golf. It seems that it’s the only thing you’re semi good at.

I think that it was 57% of the country voted for Obama so I don’t think it was turned over to him exactly. As an aside, when was the last Democrat president elected in a landslide?

A reasonable idea would probably find the inside of his head such alien territory, it would get out of there in a hurry. Either that, or it would get so lost it would finally just curl up and die!
