Britain's most prominent pro-family lawyer told activists they had better fight now or it will be too late.
His message was blunt: "You've got to stop this now in America while you still can."
Diamond compared today's U.S. society to Britain's in 1997. "We thought it was stable; we'd had centuries of religious tolerance," he said. Then in 1997 came a huge change in the political culture. "Human rights, equality, and non-discrimination" became buzz words backed by law, and began to be forcefully enforced against Christians by the courts.
Now 14 years later, a British couple cannot be foster parents because their Judeo-Christian beliefs are considered "homophobic." A judge ruled children must be protected from "infection" by such beliefs. The hostility of judges against religious people has even extended to their being considered as "terrorists," he said. Anti-discrimination laws have become tools to discriminate.
His advice to counteract this was threefold.
First, spread the truth. We must move out of our own sphere of influence and create debate among average Americans about the harmful truths of the homosexual agenda, he said.
Secondly, we need to keep trying to develop major media contacts to publicize the truth. (As we've seen, the media instinctively wants to ignore these types of stories.)
For example, British Airways employees have been banned from wearing even small cross necklaces, but allowed to wear turbans, Hindu ponytails, or any other jewelry with religious symbolism. This made the front page of a major UK newspaper.
Finally, Diamond said, pro-family activists must exchange information across borders - help each other out, as the opponents already have been doing with great skill. Much of the world's future still follows America's lead, he said. "You've been leaders of the free world not because of your wealth but because of your values."

British pro-family lawyer addresses MassResistance banquet. Tells Americans: Fight back NOW while you still can.
Britain has succumbed to Shariah.
They equate political correctness with INTELLIGENCE. Like the left in America, the “educated” consider themselves to be something much more than they are.
If we do not popularize the concept that the mainstream media’s idea of its own superiority is a HOOT, we are sunk. They’ve successfully used ridicule on us, and piled accolades on the sad jokes that are their pet politicians, while tearing down decent people.
That’s rich: fags are allowed to foster/adopt but not people who may not even bring up the subject anyway.
I don’t need to be warned. I can see it coming like a fast freight, but what can I do?
Our politicians are either sold out to the fags or afraid to admit that political correctness when it come to sodomy is homicidal to American families.
We can try to elect anti-homosexual politicians, but no one running has the balls to admit they are anti-homosexual.Many Americans have already sold out to homosexuals and consider them perfectly normal.
Homosexuals are destroying our religions, our morals, our schools, and there appears to be nothing we can do about it.
Both Daniel Hannon, Brit MP and Mark Steyn, Canadian Conservative who subs for Rush, have tried to issue dire warnings to us...wake up, America!
Canadian Ezra Levant as well.
This has ZERO to do with Shariah and EVERYTHING to do with secularism and political correctness.
I agree completely with your comments.
Oh, I think there is something we can do about it. There are more of us (who care and know the truth) than them. We just have to get courage and drop all fear of what “they” think of us. Probably have to get worse before people feel that they have nothing left to lose.
I think a lot of Rs must have skeletons in the closet. Either than or just gutless piles of puke.
You are correct. Certain Catholic visions of the afterlife have strongly suggested that far, far fewer souls end up in Heaven than many pastors would have you believe. It's really tough to qualify, harder than the Olympic try-outs. Not asking you to accept these visions (and Catholics are not required to do so), but they do support what you are saying.
But what, concretely and specifically, are we going to do other than try to raise our children according to traditional Christian principles? It is hard to see how our influence will get much outside the family due to so much momentum on the other side. As noted, politicians are afraid to jeopardize votes and conservatives like Rush Limbaugh are afraid to jeopardize advertising $$$$s. And others like Ann Coulter have just jumped right into the homosexual mainstream thing.
Here in my little town in Washington State the homo-straight high school club was just re-instated after the school board had essentially banned all clubs to get rid of them (the only strategy available to them as a result of homosexual agenda-facilitating federal laws). There were too many complaints from the legitimate clubs so I guess now the homo recruiting club is back for good. Everything is stacked against us.
I am sorry to sound so fatalistic. But we were warned that persecution was coming and now that it's here I don't know if there's much we can do about it.
SAC doesn't exist anymore, does it?
Then, we've got to get off the "electability" bandwagon and back a REAL conservative who understands Britain's situation: we've got to back real conservatives like Rick Santorum and Michelle Bachmann. Herman is good, but his penchant for libertarianism leaves social conservatism in the lurch; he's not fully aware of the need to reverse the absolutely damaging sodomization of the military, the sodomite' most powerful foot-in-the-door to date.
There certainly is something we can do about it! We have the power of prayer first and foremost. Many people are praying for a revival in our country. Of course we can turn the tide—against all odds we have the United States of America. We have the power of our voice and it starts with the individual and as more individuals stand together, we can have a movement.
Did you know that I, as a Knight of Columbus, could have been shot by the Mexican government in the 1930’s?
