Okay, I lied. WILLIAM RIVERS PITT never made any pledge to divest his Trust Fund of any income derived from corporate sources. However, like a lot of other leftwing Trust Fund Kids, Pitt continues to slam the EVIL corporations from the comfort of his computer chair. The big difference between Pitt and the protesting Trust Fund Kids is that Pitt TALKS a good tale but as to actually attending these protests...Eh! He can't be bothered. Here is the latest momentous event recorded by Pitt on his Facebook Page:
Humongous red-tailed hawk is roosting in a tree right outside my window. I've had apartments smaller than that thing. Just awesome.
Meanwhile within the space of just a week, Pitt posted a total of FOUR DUmmie threads about the importance of these anti-corporate protests and how OTHER folks (meaning not Pitt) should attend them. Take a look at Pitt's conclusion to his ironically named Onward to Wall Street:
The onus is not on these protesters. They're there, doing it. The onus is on us to pile in with them, to make the crowds and the central message unavoidable and un-ignorable. The goal of the Wall Street protest is to get the rock rolling down the hill. That's done; the rest is up to us.
It turns out that the only thing that Pitt piled in the past few days was a couch to watch sports on the tube. Meanwhile right there in Boston there was a dopey #occupy protest downtown but Pitt, after urging his readers about the importance of attending, couldn't be bothered to do the same.
However, if Pitt won't attend these anti-corporate protests, we can bring him into it whether he likes it or not. I urge folks out there, especially in the Boston area, to show up with a table and sign exactly like the one above: "Sign the William Rivers Pitt Pledge to Divest Your Trust Funds of any Income Derived from Corporate Sources." Of course, such a sign would attract a lot of attention and curiosity but don't expect any Trust Fund Kids to actually sign that pledge. Best of all would be if TV reporters interview you. Yeah, just imagine Pitt reclining in his comfy couch idly sucking down cigarettes and munching on Cheetos and suddenly he sees that sign on the news. We are talking thermonuclear mental explosion here.
Meanwhile, Pitt, give my regards to that humongous Bolshevik red-tailed hawk roosting outside your window.
Please give us an action report on what happens.
Oh, I'm sure he will eventually do so... in, say, 24 business hours.
Pitt TALKS a good tale but as to actually attending these protests...Eh! He can't be bothered.
of course, there's always the possibility that for various sock-puppetry reasons, he might not be allowed to leave Massachusetts right now.
There was a big #occupy protest right in downtown Boston so Pitt doesn’t have to go far to attend.

Isn't that an oxymoron?
Is Occupy Wall Street Racist?
DUAC top ten
Me and my bogus DUmmy account (400+ posts) have noticed the uptic in posts by the pitster.
Speaking of _nus and "piles", the look of some of these pampered protestors makes a lot of sense....
If he’s a true trust fund kid, then he probably has no control over how the trust’s funds are invested. The trustee(s) decide that, all he does is cash the checks that are sent to him - or spend the wire transfers, if the fund distributions go electronically to his bank account.
I'm about to scribble a sign that says “It's 3pm. Go find a f’n job or get out of the way. Your traffic is holding me up from doing mine.”
I am so mad at these clowns right now. Let me know if anyone has suggestions
My suggestion is to take that Pitt Pledge sign to one of the protests and that is sure to thin out the crowd...at least in your vicinity. The LAST thing those Trust Fund Kids want to do is sign a pledge divesting their trust funds of income derived from corporate sources.
Then he should REFUSE his Trust Fund payments since most of it is derived from EVIL corporations.
Humongous red-tailed hawk is roosting in a tree right outside my window. I've had apartments smaller than that thing. Just awesome.KILT IT Will, KILL it!
A male Red-Tailed Hawk may weigh from 1.5 to 2.9 pounds and measure 18 to 22 in, while a female can weigh between 2 and 4.4 pounds and measure 19 to 26 in long; wingspan is about 45 to 52 in.
As is the case with many raptors the Red-tailed Hawk displays sexual dimorphism in size, as females are up to 25% larger than males.
And when cooked properly, they taste like chicken.
The onus is on us to pile in with them, to make the crowds and the central message unavoidable and un-ignorable.
Uh ... Willie. 'un-ignorable' is wrong, its 'unignorable'. One word, no hyphen.
Now get out there and KILL that dam Hawk before it mistakes your head for an egg!
They're like Obama screaming about the bill he demands be passed before he actually wrote the damned thing.
I live in walking distance of city hall in Boston and have yet to see a single one of these hippies. My brother who works over by South Station has told me they're all gathered over by there, but for some reason, like Pitt, I just can't seem to find the time to get over there. I'm sorry I haven't been a spy for you, but I suspect if I wandered over there I'd be arrested for hippie-kicking.
The mayor of Boston, who of course made sure the Tea Partiers had all their permits before they were allowed to do anything, has let the hippies run free without any restraints, up to and including reports I've heard on the radio of the police HELPING the hippies when they wanted to sit in the street by diverting traffic. The way the police and cities are accomodating these folks is the most alarming thing I've heard about all of this.
I just checked his FB page and Pitt, despite plugging these OWS, has STILL not attended one. Not even the local Boston protest.
He’s just 24 business hours away from attending one.
I predict he will wait until he hears the one in Boston is breaking up, then post an angry Twit about how he was all packed up and ‘ready to join my brothers and sisters on the front lines of this most important battle’ when they all went home.
If he’s reading this, he should know the Boston protest is located near several bars and many restaurants, so he won’t be missing any meals with this protest—which, in Boston at least, seems to be protesting those who are coming to work through the train station.
