According to her attorney, former maid Nicky Diaz, who worked for former Republican gubernatorial nominee Meg Whitman, was sexually harassed by Herman Cain. The allegation was revealed in a press conference today.
The attorney, who would not reveal her own identity, said that Diaz told her, "He treated me like dirt."
"He just laughed and turned his face to one side," Diaz said through her attorney.
Cain's office issued a statement denying the allegation. "We never asked her for anything," the campaign said.
Media commentators are saying that the Cain campaign cannot survive the latest allegation. Donations to Cain are up.

This is getting silly.
“I repeat: given that we’re constantly told that sex doesn’t matter, and given that the iconic feminist Gloria Steinem herself ennunciated the “one-grope” rule, I don’t see how Cain’s 15 year old aggressive sexual behavior, which he stopped as soon as Sharon Bialek told him to stop, matters. If we were still living in a society that followed traditional morality, it would matter. But we’re not. We’re living in a radically sexually liberated society, where conservatives are automatically dismissed if they attempt to uphold traditional standards of behavior. So let’s please stop this absurd hypocrisy.
If Cain had engaged in more serious sexual transgressions, that would be different. But I don’t see how the Non-Judgmental States of America in the year 2011 says with a straight face that Cain’s alleged 15 year old grope and head-pull disqualifies him for public office.
I believe Cain is wholly unqualified for the presidency, and that conservatives are making fools of themselves by supporting him. But that is an entirely different issue from these accusations of sexual impropriety. “

This is getting more than a little ridiculous. What? One a day? No one says anything for 20 years then suddenly they all decide they’ve been abused? Come on! Gimme a break! They keep this up the’ll end up making a farce of the whole thing and it’ll serve them right.

I just heard on the radio that a woman came forward and claimed she molested Herman 32 years ago.

For the record, Al Gore has stated that Herman Cain has NOT harassed him, but that he wouldn’t mink taking at run at this Bailek woman himself...she kinda reminds him of Tipper

If I were Cain... I would offer a TEN MILLION DOLLAR reward to any of these women that can supply once shred of evidence to support their slanderous claims... because if I were Cain... I would know with absolute certainty that I was innocent. Cain presumably knows this too... he has the money... and this would rock these communist pigs back on their heals. That is what I would do... Cain must do what he thinks is best... just offering an opinion.
