This must be a difficult time for New Jersey. You see, in addition to finding out that theyre harboring the second most dangerous city in America (for the second year in a row), theyve now got a traitor in their midst. His name is Joe Steinfield, and he is hilarious.
Well, I guess that depends on whether or not you live in one of his satirical regions of New Jersey and/or take offense to being lumped in with Canadians and Philly Trash (aka Wildwood according to Steinfields map).

As someone who grew up in Warren county, and as a “hill person”, I can say, this map is so true.
Most of the best humor has more than just a hint of truth to it. Question can Camden really be worse than Detroit - I had to do a delivery downtown detroit and man talk about bombed out grey high rises and rotting bungalows....I made the drop and scooted fast - held my pee till I was back across the border in Ohio....
As a resident of “Christie Country” this map hits the nail on the head.
There needs to be a line running to the south to NC with the University of New Jersey at Durham located as a satellite region.
It’s actually very detailed, accurate, and funny. Shows how diverse we are for such a small place.
Camden is definitely world-class bad. Here’s one example of Camden outranking Detroit.

We’ve got rough ghettos in Newark and East Orange, Irvington area. And Elizabeth. Plus Clifton and Patterson. And Trenton’s not so hot.
But we have nice places too!
LOL, I’m from NJ and I thought it was a hoot.
It is SO poltically incorrect “happy white families” and “sad black people”, very awful!
The guy knows his Jersey, that is for sure.
Very good, but not 100% accurate.
I lived in “Pretty Much Alabama,” and it wasn’t even close. It was more like “Pretty Much A Stupid Yankee’s Idea Of Why Alabama Sucks.” I longed for the real Alabama every minute that I lived there.
My husband was in “Friendly White Families” on September 11, 2001. He called me to ask if I could find out why the streets were full of Muslims celebrating. I never found the “Friendly White Families” section of NJ. I’m not sure it really exists.
Still, other than some minor points, the map draws a fairly accurate picture.
