I know that I’ll get in trouble for this, but here goes anyway:
It is a broad but fair generalization that the people of some countries are prettier than the people of other countries. In Europe (and I do apologize) the people of, say, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Romania are not among the most beautiful. (I know, I know, there are stunning exceptions.) However, having been to Albania, having many friends there, and having seen a broad cross-section of the population, I have known for a long time that the Albanian people are more beautiful than your ordinary run-of-the-mill third world country inhabitant. They are a distinct people with a distinct culture and, yes, a better than average looking population.
Enver Hoxha’s rule in Albania, made North Korea look tame by comparison.
The only good thing about it, was that he wiped out Islam for the most part in Albania (unfortunately along with Christianity as well). The only religion in Albania is Albanianism.
“Well, it’s always easy to add few extra lbs if needed.”
People just don’t seem to understand the physiology of tall, thin, small, but long-boned, individuals, like this gal, my Ex, Ann Coulter, et moi. In my Twenties and Thirties, I was 6’2” tall, and weighed 135/140 pounds. We don’t put on weight in an attractive way. The extra weight doesn’t distribute itself around our bodies evenly. You want this beautiful girl to have a gut, and saggy butt? We can exercise, and build muscle, but even that muscle will be long and thin. I think she looks great!
Howcum SHE doesn’t have to wear a burqa....although I’m glad she doesn’t.
Whoa!! huh-huh.... huh-huh-huh.... come to Butt-Head, huh-huh, uhhhh-huh-huh-huh...
I can’t thank you enough for this post
I remember driving through Albania many years ago and being stunned by how good looking the people were. I mostly noticed the men, but I’m sure the women were attractive, too.
I was just pointing out that one picky critic's sole objection could be easily be solved by a few remedial burgers.
I personally do not agree with his assessment and consider Albania a very lucky country.
Ping me when you find Miss Hungary.
I`d bring crackers if it`d keep her around longer!
Different strokes. Not sure if those are recent observations. My field research over the last few years doesn't include poverty areas. IMO, Prague wins hands down. Also, Poland and Romania are teeming with fine athletic bodies and chiseled faces; not to mention wandering eyes and very open schedules.
I'll not include Estonia or Mother Russia, as they haven't had competition in so long it's not fair. Cougars in these parts are those beauties reaching those dangerous latter years, when the young lassies are too much to compete with...generally around age 28. If I'm not busy with the competition, I do my best to console them during those troubled times. : )
Hmm...how do you say ‘Wow, she is an eleven on a scale of one to ten in Albanian?
She forgot to take the curlers out of her hair.
Some elements of Christianity have returned to Albania, but so, unfortunately, has islam. I believe that Mother Teresa was born in Skopje, in what was then Albania, but is now Macedonia. Mother Teresa far outweighs Enver Hoxha.
Wow what a gal! You get a round of applause for posting this article. =)
Jim and John Belushi must’ve been the exceptions;-)
Skopje was NOT part of Albania, although Mother Teresa was ethnically Albanian.
