OUTRAGE: Feds Spend $1.6 Million to Restore "La Raza" Murals Celebrating "Aztlan", Che Guevara

On the heels of victory against the racist "La Raza" ethnic studies program in Tucson, Arizona, this shocking item from San Diego shows how far we have yet to go to defund La Raza and its divisive, anti-American influence in America.

At a time of record debt, rampant unemployment, and a financially strained citizenry - our Federal government somehow can afford a whopping $1,600,000 to restore "Chicano" murals depicting communist butchers Che Guevara and Fidel Castro, and with maps featuring "Aztlan" - the mythical "nation" that La Raza activists demand be taken from the United States to create a new ethnically-pure proto-Mexican state.

The funds are being provided by the Department of Transportation and is called a "federal transportation enhancement" (as if there are no unsafe bridges across America that could use the funds!)

The murals begun as Mexican nationalist graffiti in the 1970s. The graffiti was first painted on highway underpasses in an attempt to stop the construction of a California Highway Patrol office there. Activists proclaimed the area a "Chicano park" and appeasing leaders - fearing violence - "negotiated" with activists to keep the murals and cancel the police station.

The Federal money will pay to restore 18 panels. 9 have been restored so far. Funding was first approved in 2002, but (wiesely) held up because of the frequent mention of the racist "Aztlan". But with Obama and his La Raza sidekicks Hilda Solis and Cecilia Muñoz in power, the funding is now going ahead full steam. Here are some selections:

"Camarillo said she's paying close attention as her friends come back to paint. "It's really amazing. I've learned so much," she said. "Because though I was here, I've been here since day one, I wasn't actually standing there with the artists and watching them paint back then. It was just, you know, happening, and 'Yeah, that's cool.'" It's a complicated thing to invite artists with four more decades of experience under their belts to revisit work they made in their youth. Should the artist just repaint the same lines he painted in the 1970s, or bring to the table new techniques, new colors? The new Chicano Park could look significantly brighter and more modern than the old one as the restoration continues. The mural called "Mujer Cosmica" is a good example. The 1975 version features a woman painted white in the center with words and phrases like "ALLENDE" and "VENCEREMOS" written in capital letters all over her arms, legs and torso. But the newly painted version includes other words and phrases in a more modern scripted tattoo style, phrases like "BARRIO LOGAN SI SE PUEDE" and "VIVA LA RAZA." In place of "AMOUR" on her chest is the word "LIBERTAD." The new version fleshes out the color and shading of her skin and the background, retaining the original concept but appearing quite different."

Note. Salvador ALLENDE, the MARXIST leader of Chile who was ousted in a patriotic coup in 1970. And "Venceremos", the battle cry of Fidel Castro and Che Guevara, taken up by the Sandinistas in Nicaragua and Hugo Chavez' Socialist United Party of Venezuela.

Enemy within folks. Enemy within.

In fact, the phrase "Viva La Raza" could be construed as a federal hate crime, as it is racist in nature, and yet is federally funded. There would be a clause I am sure to prohibit this. This would be like the Feds financing a Klan mural in Louisiana saying "White Power!"
