I think you have pointed out elsewhere that there is a genuine "chain of custody" issue unless the judge receives the BC directly from HI. It is inconceivable that opposing counsel would not have access to the exhibit for nondestructive examination (particularly since damages from an inadvertent loss is limited to <$50), but I am not familiar with GA's procedure codes applicable at the administrative level.
If they are not given access, they may plan to immediately go to state court. Their argument includes the fact he has spent enormous sums to avoid production, there is no record of birth in a HI hospital, he has never produced to any state for the purpose of establishing eligibility, and everything he has voluntarily produced to date has been patently defective; that this production not coming from the issuer, is simply a continuation of that agenda.

If Ø doesn’t comply 100% with this subpena and is kicked off Georgia’s ballot and other states ballots as a result of his non-compliance, what eventually will happen to Nancy Pelosi? After all, she signed off on this fraud. She approved he was Constitutionaly eligible to run for POTUS. She should be made to face the man and be tried for aiding and abetting massive election fraud. Then go after all those that were complicate. I do hope and pray things go our way for once in this saga. That’s a long list of things and he better not forget to bring EVERYTHING with him. Otherwise, he knows the result of his failure to do so.

The MSM can say show me this and that to our lot, they can look at past wives and who they dated etc but heaven forbid if they actually did their jobs and reported on this and asked “WHY DO YOU REFUSE TO SHOW IT , WOULD IT NOT BE EASIER TO SHOW IF YOU HAVE IT?”

I don’t know, but for certain Nancy deserves to be prosecuted for Fraud. She certified him, but didn’t certify he was eligible because he ISN’T eligible and she knew it... that’s why she didn’t vet him, she knew he couldn’t meet the requirements. Anyone who covered this up should be in prison as a member of a conspiracy to usurp the office of the President.
But that’s just my opinion. For what ever that’s worth.

The Duckworth comment was a mistake later retracted by that Newspaper. The comments about the wife in the Philippines is a lose thread that I haven't yet found a way to categorize to my satisfaction. Fred Nerks and I think Mojito Joe (and perhaps others) have mentioned this before, and it just seems like an extra part you might find after you put an engine back in a car. :)
I have to take a few things as demonstrable assumptions, and work from there. I believe Barack shares a bloodline with his Grandfather Stanley because in certain pictures they look almost identical, so I assume that it is a fact he was born either to Stanley or Stanley Ann. I happen to favor the Stanley Ann theory because I believe it has the more supporting evidence.
That being established in my mind, I have to ask myself under what possible circumstances would Stanley Ann be traveling to such a place as Bali, Indonesia, or even Kenya while pregnant with a baby in 1961? The probable answer comes back as not bloody likely. The Cost, the Family Concern, the Reason for going? No sensible reason stands out.
On the other hand, that she would be in North West Washington State in 1961 makes perfect sense. It can be presumed that Grandma Dunham was ashamed of the fact that her Daughter was pregnant by a black man by the fact that she never told her co-workers at the bank that she HAD a grandson. This is not the behavior of a normal grandmother, but it IS the behavior of someone who is ashamed of the fact that her grandson is half black.
So if we accept the notion that Grandma Dunham (and perhaps Grandad too) was ashamed of the fact that their daughter was pregnant by a black man, it is not unreasonable to believe that they urged her to go stay with her Aunt or Uncle in NorthWest Washington.
And so on. THIS narrative sounds plausible, while I cannot think of, nor have I heard of, a good explanation for why and how Stanley could have ended up in any other place but Washington or Hawaii. If anybody comes up with an alternative explanation that makes sense, i'm all ears.
I take off a few hours to write an important story about Romney and what happens? Bang!
I haven’t yet read the subpoena or thread comments, so I’ll reserve my comments until I know the details. I hope this is accurate.
What's missing is the original microfiche (a roll or square page microfilm) where Obama's supposed long form birth certificate has been recorded [Yeah right! - LoL] with many others recorded Hawaiian BCs. However, Taitz as I recall, has sent a court subpoena to the state of Hawaii to produce it. Hee.
There are 3 lawyers who have different plaintiffs vs. Obama all taking a different tacked at going after Obama's eligibility. Variety. :-)
