Given the testimony from today’s court case in Georgia, Obama has a lot of explaining to do. His attorney, Jablonski, was a NO SHOW as of course, was Obama.
The following is a nutshell account of the proceedings.
Promptly at 9am EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.

So, apparently, *I’m* also not a natural born citizen. My father’s family has been U.S. citizens for generations. My mother was a Canadian citizen, though, at the time of my birth.
Hrm. I’m actually a bit offended. I’ve always considered myself as only a red-blooded American.

DNC language does NOT include language stating Obama is Qualified while the RNC document DOES. This shows a direct difference trying to establish that the DNC MAY possibly have known that Obama was not qualified.
The US Citizen parent needs to have been in the US after age 14 for 5 years prior to your birth. You are natural born, I would bet. Obama’s mother did not meet this requirement - she was 18 when he was born according to the BC, I believe.

You are a red-blooded American and you can be senator, congressman or governor; you are just not a natural born citizen eligible to be the pres or the VP. But your children can be elig for pres or VP if your spouse is also a US citizen at time of their birth.
No offense. The article 2 nbc requirement is simply a safety measure to ensure sole allegiance to USA. As seen in obozo who has divided loyalty - he is anti-American! How insightful the founding fathers were!

I have no idea if you’d be comfortable having me in the same foxhole. Since I was both Soldier of the Year for the state of CT in 1993 and NCO of the Year for the state in 1994, you probably /should/ be comfortable. I’m a high speed, low drag piece of twisted steel. No - my mother’s family was actually Ukrainian in origin.

Partially. Partially because I was born in the USA and have always lived here. I’m all-American to the core.
