Amen!
If Mitt is the Nominee, it starts right then.
We must either take our party back, and failing that, coalesce around a new conservative party to replace the GOP.
Because if Mitt is the nominee, the GOP is dead.
1. They said romney had 22 votes when he had only two & DID NOT CORRECT it until romney won NH. Sports fans know how important momentum is. I have 3 hockey players. Thank God for the man who went to the media, when no one else would listen.
2. Now we have 8 precincts missing all there votes? We aren't stupid, we can see when cheating is going on.
With Mitt, either way it’s dead.
As president he’ll ruin what remains of the GOP brand, but as A LOSER to Obama even worse.... this guy is bad news
But Newt’s got a viable long term strategy,
the guy’s no quitter and still has a real shot at it
Then we won’t have to resort to all this unpleasantness
We could always kick the Troofer’s out of the LP and take that over... Are they still holding most of their National meetings at Denny’s?
I wouldn’t add a thing to this, ZX
Amen
If a third party (call it the Pro-America Party) organized itself properly, it could appeal to and draw from both of the corrupt older but not immortal parties.
Reagan got a landslide with “Reagan Democrats”. There are more old fashioned Democrats who are disillusioned with Obama’s anti-Americanism, but cannot force themselves to break with family tradition and vote Republican.
If the third party stressed that we’re trying to save America AND AMERICANS from the corruption and resulting bad policies of both parties, we just might squeak out a victory.
Of course we would still have to elect TEA type people to Senate and House which means almost all Republicans. Those winners would be invited to join the Pro-America party...
I HOPE TO GOD THAT WE DON’T NEED TO GO THIS ROUTE, but if we do, I hope to God we win.
Yes. Yes, it is.
Especially for one as fumble-fingered at the keyboard as I...

War is inevitable. Global war.
Slightly offtopic:
Norway’s establishment is heavily pro-Romney (and pro-Obama).
Today, large police forces were random *searching* people using Oslo’s main street - looking for knives and whatever else might not be approved.
EXACTLY
Romney has governed from the left, ran to the left of Kennedy, has done nothing from a republican let alone conservative view point.
There is one you missed which is huge, he has appointed nearly judges who are liberals.
That in itself is a big wake up call and when you see the homosexual groups saying they don’;t care if Romney wins then we know now there is not one difference between obama and Romney
I will never vote for Romney no matter who they pout on the VP ticket to shut us up like they did in 2008
voting for Romney is helping obama’s agenda
Name 5 issues where Romney is different on the issue from obama, just 5.
From appointing liberal judges, to the homosexual agenda, to now supporting a VAT to Romney care
yea I can see it now in a debate, You implemented obamacare, er yes we got the blue print from Romney care.
Hell even the Romney camp say they will not overturn it now.
There is no difference and I expect that the establishment mules and talking heads soon will see how they have pissed off the base and now will be on here saying we should vote for Romney because obama will make the country worse
Well message to the establishment.
I WILL NOT VOTE FOR ROMNEY EVER NOR WILL MY FAMILY, YOU IGNORED US , YOU ATTACKED THE CANDIDATES FOR THE NORTH EAST ESTABLISHMENT RINO SO NOW YOU CAN PISS OFF WE’LL IGNORE YOU
Don’t bother trying to come on here and say we can’;t stay at home, you bet we can and you pissed on us first, remember that
Manc approves of this message and FOX can piss off to with their endless biased attacks
Yes you will be blamed if Romney loses in the general election. Liberals, never accept responsibility for anything why should Republican liberals be any different.
That being said if Romney actually wins despite a deep alienation of the party base we will be told as always, to STFU and go to the back of the bus so you won’t be seen by our liberal friends across the aisle.
I really don’t see anyway short of a crashing depression that Romney wins a general election. The liberal Vichy establishments scorched earth campaign will cause a chunk of conservatives to stay home or vote third party and they can’t afford those loses.
My only obligation is to cast a vote for the person whom I think will best lead this country as President. I have done so, and voted for Newt in the primary. The Republican establishment and the Romney campaign have attempted to ‘level’ the playing field through any means necessary to ensure that Mitt is the nominee. Romney is a completely unacceptable choice for me and, as a result, I will not support him in the general election.
If the Republicans lose in November, it is because they have chosen to support, nominate, and promote a flawed candidate who already had implemented a pro-abortion health insurance mandate in the state in which he was governor and has no credibility in pledging to abolish the same plan at the federal level.
So, as Speaker Gingrich had said: spare me the pious baloney and place the blame squarely upon those who would attempt to foist upon us a Faustian choice.
No, I’m not a closet Mitt supporter. I just have an opinion that differs from those who’ll hold out if its Romney. In fact, right now he’s my 4th choice and earlier was my 6th choice but he’s far more preferable than the O choice.
If anyone has gotten screwed by the R’s its Santorum who is far more conservative than either of the frontrunners. I’m aware of Mitt’s history but I’m also aware that he is a politician who can be bent to our conservative will.
The worst thing about mitt is he is wishy-washy and governs in a manner he believes is consistent with his constituents. The best thing about Mitt is he’s wishy-washy and America is far more conservative than Massachusettes. He’ll be more conservative in the Oval Office than in Mass. because of that.
For some reason, I don’t think the RNC *OR* the DNC have any problems with your sentiment. I would not be surprised if the sentiments you expressed leave a smile on the faces of the power-brokers in *both* orgs.
I hear what you are saying and I can’t say I completely disagree, but to be clear, I’m voting for anyone but Romney in the primary and anyone but Obama in the general (even if the anti-Obama vote is Romney).
I stopped donating to the RNC prior to the 2010 elections and started directly supporting the candidates I liked. I write nasty-notes on every spam-mail the RNC sends, stuff as much paper as I can into the envelope and send it back on their dime. But despite all that, I doubt we have any leverage against the RNC.
The True Problem (as *I* see it) is that there are far, Far, *FAR* too many squishy *VOTERS* lined-up and ready to support the RNC and their RINO candidates. We on the constitutional-conservative side of the party are clearly still outnumbered (in votes and $$) or else we would not be having this conversation about Romney.
I just can’t see a darn thing changing until we grow, sway and convert more RNC voters to the constitutional, federalist, conservative point of view. We can certainly try a third party and/or reforming the RNC, but both will absolutely wither and fail unless we can bring more voters “into the fold” (so to speak).
It’s much easier said than done and I have no idea how to do it. It just seems to me to be job #1 if we are to get this country back on the right track. It will likely take multiple generations to overcome the entitlement minded voters (on the left and on the right) who vote with their hand held out. The much scarier question is if the country can survive long enough to turn the tide.

Keep up the good fight patriots.
I am re adjusting my thinking, as I think Romney would lose to Obama anyway
Focus on HUGE majorities on Capitol Hill better place to focus our energies than in pumping Romney
He doesn’t deserve my support
