It took five days for the news to finally get out because the leftist media didn’t know how to spin it, but last Thursday gun control extremist Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer his wife and guests were robbed at machete point inside their own home.
The irony of this incident is that despite having some of the toughest and most draconian gun control laws in the Western Hemisphere since 2008 St. Kitts/Nevis has been on The State Department’s travel advisory list warning Americans who must go there not to walk alone at night.
St. Kitts/Nevis a nation, whose gun control laws are the stuff of Justice Breyer’s dreams come true, is a very dangerous place and its crime statistics prove its gun control laws are a crashing failure.
Since 1997 when the island nation adopted the Organization of American States blatant attack on the rights of self-defense with its Inter-American Convention against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Explosives, Ammunition and Other Related Materials, St Kitts/Nevis has become a very dangerous place.
From 2000 to 2009 homicides (the most recent data available) by guns have risen from 3 to 27. During the same period the homicide rate by all methods has skyrocketed from 6.52 to 51.92 per 100,000 people.
They not only “track” guns but account for every single bullet and yet they forgot...

He'll blame the USA for this robber's plight and will not lose a wink of sleep. He's unable to comprehend what has happened as relates to gun control. He sees the robbery as just a "symptom" of the plight of the under privileged similar to what would happen if your pet dog, bit you on the hand as you were feeding it.

LOL!!! Man, too bad it’s not on You Tube, two bits says he had to change his depends. But he’ll come back and rule against the 2nd amendment every chance he gets, while he makes his decisions from foreign (sharia) law.
In the spirit of liberal social justice, the true victim in this case, the one who held the machete, must be let go with no charges filed, and Breyer torched for flaunting his obvious wealth in the face of so much poverty. Maybe a nice settlement by Breyer will help heal the poor victim’s injured feelings.
Civil rights defenders tell opponents that law abiding citizens use guns to defend themselves against criminals with guns. What civil rights defenders fail to understand is that the opponents have this fantasy that anti-gun laws will be expanded to the point that all guns will be confiscated and their import, manufacture and sale in the U.S. will be blocked to the point that even criminals won’t have guns.
Never mind the impossibility of this, nor it’s illegality. Consider what happens if it should actually come to pass. Samuel Colt’s product wasn’t called the “Equalizer” for nothing. When everyone has a gun then the 19-year old mother with babies can defend herself against the 25-year old man breaking into her house. But if neither has a gun, then the 25-year old man will prevail.
If Justice Breyer had a gun he wouldn’t have been mugged. But since neither he nor his mugger had guns, the mugger prevailed with superior strength. I wonder if he’ll learn this lesson?
There should be a mandatory rule that says that if you are a USSC judge then you must live in the USA. If you move your home someplace other than the USA you volunteer to leave your post as a USSC judge.
You should also be a US natural born citizen to be a judge as well.
That way we might limit the number of judges who consider foreign laws when dealing with ours.
The rights protected by the Second Amendment, go a tad further. They recognize that under the American system, based upon a responsible citizenry at every challenge, there is also a responsibility on the part of young manhood, to be ready to defend the freedom & social heritage of other citizens; hence the linkage of protection of the God given right with the duty to serve in the militia. (Neither is dependent upon the other, but both are sacred to Americans, since the time of independence; the one since settlement; the other since independence. See Right To Keep & Bear Arms.)
Wili Justice Breyer's ordeal wake him up? One can only hope.
