If the mainstream news (ABC, NBC, CBS, et al) bother to report it at all in the evening news it will be with deep skepticism, which (per standard procedure) will be reflected in their scorn full look. It also will start with qualifier “Controversial Arizona Sheriff Deputy Joe Arpaio today held a news conference in which ... blah, blah, blah”.
Then onto “The controversial Arizona Sheriff who has come under deep criticism himself ... blah, blah, blah”.

Call me cyncial, but I think if Arpaio found anything new; he made it disappear in exchange for getting the DOJ off his back.

I will grant you that men of honor are a rare commodity today; but they are not extinct. I think we have the rare exception in Sheriff Joe. I pray that is the case.
