Mitt Romney, in an op-ed published in 2009 at USA Today, still viewable at mittromneycentral.com, pushed Obama to do nationally what he did in RomneyCare, in Massachusetts. His words: "Theres a better way. And the lessons we learned in Massachusetts could help Washington find it." emphasis ours:
Our experience also demonstrates that getting every citizen insured doesnt have to break the bank. First, we established incentives for those who were uninsured to buy insurance. Using tax penalties, as we did, or tax credits, as others have proposed, encourages free riders to take responsibility for themselves rather than pass their medical costs on to others. This doesnt cost the government a single dollar. Second, we helped pay for our new program by ending an old one something government should do more often. The federal government sends an estimated $42 billion to hospitals that care for the poor: Use those funds instead to help the poor buy private insurance, as we did. This was picked up and published yesterday evening (Friday, March 2nd) at these sites, in this order:
We urge American Citizens to read more about Mitt Romney, his record, and his dissembling (tag: Mitt Romney). Did you know, for instance, that Romney is an aggressive implementer of the ground war against America's national sovereignty and our fundamental property rights, U.N. Agenda 21?
Romney, quoted in another breaking story showing this wolf in sheep's clothing from March 2nd: "I am big believer in getting money where the money is, Romney says on the video, The money is in Washington. That is from "EXCLUSIVE: In 02 Romney Touted D.C. Connections, Federal Funds" at ABC News.

It is shocking to me that the party has lined up almost unanimously behind a guy that neutralizes our biggest issues in 2012. They think a ‘non-Obama’ will win just because it is not Obama. There needs to be a principled fight this year about the direction of our nation, and getting on a different path, but instead it is just going to be “i am better than Obama” because I ran a business. Not sure that’s enough, especially when the counter punch will feature a lot of ruthless business activities like shutting down companies, firing people, etc. Too bad. I am not in the camp that says Romney cannot win, but he is far from ideal when it comes to picking a candidate to run against the current situation.
Just looking at that picture of them laughing.....AT US! drives me crazy. We have a candidate who sleeps with the rats telling us he is a conservative. Like zero, he is another political liar trying to convince a lazy gullable and deliberately uninformed voter.
Romney thanked Ted Kennedy for "collaboration" on health care reform [very short YOUTUBE].
Federal/state collusion...note Romney's mention of "secretaries of state" at both levels.
