Leo Donofrio Is Leaving The Practice Of Law
Natural Born Citizen ^ | March 13, 2012 | Leo Donofrio

Posted on 03/13/2012 10:30:33 PM PDT by SatinDoll

After long consideration and discussion with my family, I am saying goodbye to this blog and the law. I am retiring my law license and will be concentrating on making films, and writing music.

There is no lawyer, politician or judge who will change the world into what God intended it to be – one family, one love. Angels are real. It’s gonna be a full on landing soon.

If a lawyer doesn’t want to practice law any more, why do they need to “retire their license”? Why does Donofrio or the Obamas do this? Are there ongoing fees or continuing education that are too onerous to keep up with? Maybe a lawyer could comment.

In California, a non-practicing lawyer, such as a law professor, can go on inactive status. This stops the continuing education requirements. You still have to pay annual dues to the Bar, but it is less than half the regular Bar dues, so you are saving yourself a few hundred bucks. If you want to restart your career, you just mail a letter to the Bar saying you are back on the job.

If you really wanted to resign from the bar, you could do that, I guess, also with a letter.

Well, if you’re not going to practice law, why would you keep paying for it? They’re not cheap.

I was thinking that someone who made this type of decision might want to keep the door open to change their mind down the road. I don’t really know what sort of fees lawyers have to pay to maintain their license, though I don’t recall hearing any of them complain about it.

Again. That poor guy has a screw loose.

Late Swiss national Emmerich de Vattel wants to know: Does this mean he can pull up the covers and resume his long dirt nap, undisturbed?

Donofrio’s is a rational decision. Having exposed the first illegitimate president legal historians were afraid to comment, or complicit - probably some of each. Having found critical problems with our justice known for his historical acumen, Horace Gray, including lying, falsifying documents, having found that no one cared about edited supreme court decisions, justiagate, what is the point?

Leo has shown that law is whatever those in power want it to be. The Constitution is whatever those in power say it is, and both Democrats and Republicans participated in lying about the law, to which they tacitly agreed in signing Senate Res 511, to cover for McCain's ineligibility. Judges take the history uncovered by Leo in Indiana, without acknowledging Leo's scholarship (not that he cares), and use it to embellish the sham decision Ankeney v. Indiana. What do they think they are protecting? One can only assume they were protecting their futures, as they saw it. Judges don't even try to write clever briefs to conceal the corruption of law any more. They just cite each other, citing state courts to overturn Supreme Court decisions, and scrubbing federal law as they see necessary. The law is an illusion.

Republicans, and claimed legal originalists like Mark Levin and Hillsdale College openly promote Marco Rubio, born to parents who were not citizens, for VP and eventually president. What other reason than to pander to the Hispanic vote and keep power on their side? Of course another possibility is that Levin, Hillsdale, Limbaugh, etc. know that law now irrelevant. Obama told everyone he was not a natural born citizen and nobody cared. He clearly described his disaffection with our Constitution, and proposed a new bill of rights, but was confirmed, after three tries, by our milquetoast Chief Justice, who certainly knew Minor v. Happersett and Perkins v. Elg, and probably even a little about Chief Justice Marshall.

Today the law provides talking points, with no necessary correlation to The Constitution - a nation of men and not laws. After twenty six attempts to amend Article II Section 1, power brokers decided they had the power to ignore it. That means they have the power to ignore any provisions, and probably, that they will. Why should Leo put himself and family at risk for a thoroughly corrupted system, based upon noble ideas debased by the usual human motives? When the IRS can and does go after anyone threatening the new regime, Tea Parties, and probably many individuals who don't talk for fear of the power of their government to quietly bankrupt them and their families, it won't be necessary to use force to control a weakened population.

There is hardly anything left to say. Read his research and follow his development from the early and obvious questions to the brilliant analysis of Justice Gray's protection of Chester Arthur in Wong Kim Ark. Leo's work has been done. The destruction of our nation must continue until most of those protecting the status quo have lost enough of their quality of life to appreciate the importance of our Constitution. They may not. Then we will progress as have the Italians, British, Venezuelans, and Andy Stern's persuasion of power will prevail until it all collapses. The co-opted unions will change their stripes and become armies, because there will be too little work and no money to pay for craftsmen and tradesmen, and certainly not for administrative personnel. A stronger external power will assume our resources, and it won't be the Obama’s Muslim Brotherhood. Israel has shown in three wars how vulnerable their command structure is, and may need to do it again (though this time his cohorts have made us as vulnerable to the inevitable bottleneck in the Straits of Hormuz as they could).

Personally, I'll hope it is the Chinese, because they know that free enterprise is essential to continue the amazing rise in the quality of life of their middle class. If they don't encourage productivity they will face revolution. Our revolution is in process, being guided by the idle hands of the pampered left, the rich kids who never learned to build anything competently; they never had too, with parents or government surrogates paying for their indoctrination. Unable to build anything, they learned to make a living by interfering with development, knowing just enough to frighten the less educated, and attracting other disaffected brats, who were promised the power they saw all around them if they would just bring down their parent's world, the parents who spared the rod. "Power to the people" they said.

The rich Saudi kids, like Menlo College educated Whalid bin-Talal, who funded Obama’s Harvard sojourn, and essentially took over Harvard's divinity school with his Whalid bin-Talal Center for Islamic Studies, Citibank, News Corp (Fox and WSJ), won't last long without our protection, no matter how much havoc they bring. Without a Constitution to protect us, without a leader whose sole allegiance was to our Constitution, who honors, defends and protects it, we got what John Jay predicted, a usurper whose goal is to replace our Constitution with his father's socialist dream - whatever that may have been. That was why Jay, and Cicero, and Marshall, and Aristotle, and over two millenia of leaders depended upon the natural law acknowledged as the foundation of our Declaration and Constitution, which acknowledge what we know instinctively, that a parent's beliefs shape those of his children

Good luck Leo. You have exposed the truth, and found the rot underneath the porch. There is nothing more to do. It must probably collapse with its supporting structure an illusion. Hopefully, knowing the truth, we can protect our families, but at least we understand what must come. Before you went to work, we had no knowledge, as Charlie Rose pointed out, of who Barack Obama was. You have shown that our framers rendered that dearth of knowledge unacceptable in our Constitution. Jay and Washington anticpated that a determined enemy could conceal his true beliefs, and trusted nature, that a man inherits the beliefs of his parents. The only class of citizen they prescribed was that eligible to be President. They required citizen parents and birth on our soil, and thanks to you there is no doubt.

Our pastor likes to say that “The Law is written on your heart...” If you don’t believe that, you can find a polygamist or a cannibal and while they may think what they do perfectly fine, screw one of their wives or kill their son and you will get a personal introduction to Moses and the Ten Commandments...

This is why I pray daily that if it's His will, God would return the U.S.A. to Him. Of course this means that we need to return to Him.

From :The Nations In Relation to God
"All nations of the earth are guilty of rejecting God and promoting their own secular agendas and ideals. It is no wonder that we find ourselves embroiled in wars, catasrophies and dissensions among the nations and the same things are happening within the churches. There is a reason for everything that is going on in the world & the church…that being our neglect as individuals and as a nation to seek God and to walk in Truth & Love."
