Sandra Fluke: ‘Numerous’ Women Said I Should Run For Office, ‘Maybe Someday I Will’

The controversy with Rush Limbaugh gave Sandra Fluke instant name recognition in the world of media and politics. So it was only a matter of time before someone asked her about running for office. Fluke said for now she is focused on law school, but that “maybe someday” she’ll consider the idea.

At a panel about women’s history, Fluke said: “Numerous American women have actually written to me in the last few weeks to say that I should run for office [...] And maybe someday I will. But for now, I actually have to finish law school.”

Not a yes, but also not a denial. Elaborating on the topic of women in politics, she added:

“What I want to say to women of my generation is that we need more Debbie Wasserman Schultzes, more Senator Gillibrands. We need more working mothers in office who understand the issues of family and family planning.

[...]

“We can’t pretend that women’s representation in elected office is unconnected from our policies on family planning. [...] Because not only do women bring a particular perspective to the table when we discuss family planning, but our policies on family planning allow women to be at that table.”

Or maybe she could be the spokesmodel for $9 birth control pills at Wal-Mart? Or a facial hair removal product?

She would get rich overnight if there was an UGLY removal product.

That is what is amazing — there aren’t beer goggles strong enough to make her NEED birth control: free or not.

She represents a small constituency (dingbat feminazi women) and has pretty much admitted that she is a sexually promiscuous ho-bag. Can’t really see middle-america going for her. The again, they did go for Obama...

Not a bad idea, in a pinch a Kennedy may want to plow the field with her.

Or maybe she thought she needed $9.00 a month for each different guy she sleeps with... that might explain how she got to $1000 per year...

Sandra Fluke has done enough in her attempts to destroy Rush Limbaugh. First, she testifies before congress and victimizes Rush and now she is using Rush to launch a political career.

"How ‘bout Dog Catcher?"

I think that might be a conflict of interest.

At the rate she's going, that will be about 2073.

Why not? We’re already used to the idea she’ll never be a productive member of society.
