14 U.S. Governors: Prepare State Militia Defenses, to Be Ready Against Obama’s Rogue Federal Forces!
The Blade Report ^ | 3/23/2012 | Editor, The Blade Report

Obama fearing a revolution against him by the states, has moved swiftly by nationalizing nearly all National Guard Forces in multiple states; Georgia, Alabama, Kansas, Minnesota, Tennessee, Virginia, Louisiana, South Carolina – to name a few. The Governors of the Great States of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia still have under their Command-and-Control the State Defense Forces to go against U.S. Federal forces should the need arise. Also important to note: There are NO U.S. laws prohibiting National Guard troops from also joining their State’s Defense Forces. This dilemma occurred during the Civil War with many “citizen soldiers” choosing to serve their states instead of the Federal Government.

Obama is angered by the several State Governors who have reestablished “State Defense Forces.” These forces are described as: “State Defense Forces (also known as State Guards, State Military Reserves, State Militias) in the United States are military units that operate under the sole authority of a state government; they are not regulated by the National Guard Bureau nor are they part of the Army National Guard of the United States. State Defense Forces are authorized by state and federal law and are under the command of the governor of each state. State Defense Forces are distinct from their state’s National Guard in that they cannot become federal entities.”

Mr. Obama is fearful of these State Defense Forces, in that he does not have control of said forces, and with the U.S. Military stretched to near breaking from multiple deployments and theatre actions in Iraq and Afghanistan, these State military forces would be under the direct command and authority of the Governors in which states have said forces. In essence, the Governors would have “de facto control” of the United States.

“Presidentially pardon all criminals. Then employ them in his private army.” Don’t make me laugh. How would he discipline such a bunch of clowns?

How much discipline does Burn Loot Rape Pillage, and Intimidate require?

Do you doubt their loyalty? He just freed them and gave them guns and a "job".

Remember Beelzebama did STATE ON RECORD he needs/wants a private army loyal to him. Just as large and well funded as the US military.

All B Wacky has to do is Presidentially pardon all criminals.

Many more people are incarcerated (in state prisons) for violations of state laws than than there are for federal crimes. He doesn't have jurisdiction to pardon them. Even if he did have the authority, if it was obvious why he was doing it, you have to remember it's actually state DOC personnel drawing state paychecks who'd have to physically release them.

Forget loot and burn. Rape has to come first.

This is fairly nutty. I don’t know about all states, bu the Georgia State Defense Force does not issue or train with weapons, or allow its members to be armed while on duty. They pretty much act as search and rescue, medical support, crowd/traffic control, etc. when needed.

It’s a great organization to volunteer for, and they do good work, but they’re unarmed and couldn’t resist anyone, let alone the U.S. Army. Not that I think the Army would actually “invade” a U.S. state in the first place, even if Obama wanted it to.

I was active in the Maryland State Guard/Maryland Defense Force for about 15 years. During that time, State Adjudant General and the state Military Department did everything in their power to circumscribe and limit the role of the MDDF. It apeared that they feared that the existance of an effective, State or personally funded State Militia would lead to a reduction in the state’s Army and Air National Guard Federal funding. And they may have been right.

In any event, the MDDF was never an armed unit. Some states had armed State Militias. Florida and Lousisian had State Militias which embarassed their respective ARNG units by being able to turn out in an emergency faster and better equipt because the Federally funded units had to wait for FEMA evaluation of the situation and NG Bureau approval before mustering with their US Government Issued equipment.

It seemed to me then, and it seems to me now, that the states should organise State Defense Forces trained and equipt for the full range of emergency duties for which they had in the past and might in the future be required: security duties in emergencies; riot control; engineering support in natural disasters; search and rescue; and so on. The limiting factor is cost. Few States could afford to outfit a large, fully uniformed and equipt defense Force. Traditionally, each militiaman was expectected to provide his own weapons and uniforms; and that was the case in the MDDF. That might work, in a limited manner, if the Federal Firearms Acts and the Surplus Property Demilitarization Act were voided for State Defense Force members. Fat chance of that!

The two Governors leading this move are: Tim Pawlenty, Governor of Minnesota; and Rick Perry, Governor of Texas.

"Umm, Pawlenty is no longer governor of Minnesota..."

And illegals have been pouring into Texas long before Hussein. I have NEVER heard Perry say anything close to being afraid of Hussien but I'm ready anytime he's up for secession.

The US Marine Corp would not follow orders against Citizens.
It's unconstitutional and they honor their oath.

I refuse to romanticize about civil war and SHTF scenarios and the
kumbuhya survival yearnings some dream about.

If you want to rough it, go camping without a tent.

RE: "The Indonesian did state he wanted his own equal private army. One of the few times he told the truth. Where is he gonna get it?"

For years I've thought that beyond votes for Democrats (ILLEGAL of course) the aged 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus spoiled brats and their equally bratty ideological issue will depend upon ILLEGAL aliens to do the policing job that Americans won't do.

IOW, Obama will staff his private army with tens of thousands of ILLEGAL aliens. (Hundreds of thousands?)

He's got a plan on getting em from somewhere?

Kenya?

Judging by his loyalty statement. Vast majority of em gonna be Holders peeps.

Why would Mexican nationals care about him? Giving em citizenship won't mean much. They already have better rights than US Citizens.

RE: Why would Mexican nationals care about him?

Federal civil service jobs. Mexican nationals may not care about Obama true. They care even less about the U.S. Most of the U.S. belongs to them, they feeeeeeel. But they do want good paying jobs.
