When you’re ready to sue this is where you ought to start, George

George Zimmerman has been the victim of what has to be one of the most disgraceful examples of journalistic and government behavior in modern history. Newspapers, networks and talking heads have convicted and hung George Zimmerman without the benefit of the truth. Worst of all, our elected leaders have led the lynch mob. It's hard to imagine a greater atrocity than those who have been chosen to represent the people of this country exhibit such gross disregard for the American justice system. George Zimmerman has been maligned, libeled and slandered. Without a doubt attorneys all over are licking their chops and George, when you're ready to file the lawsuits, here's a suggestion as to where you might want to start.

Michael Nutter, D-Mayor of Philadelphia.

Mayor Mike had this to say about Zimmerman:

"I've called this nothing short of an assassination," Nutter said in a nationally televised interview with MSNBC's Alex Witt, echoing earlier comments he had made in local television interviews.

"This individual Zimmerman followed Trayvon for some period of time. Trayvon was not doing anything . . . was not a threat based on all the information and evidence and 911 tapes that have been released," Nutter said.

On the recording of a 911 call Zimmerman made before the shooting, he tells the dispatcher a teenager - who he said looked like "a real suspicious guy" - had started running. The dispatcher asked Zimmerman whether he was following the young man. When he said he was, the dispatcher told Zimmerman not to.

"Clearly, Zimmerman was told not to continue any kind of pursuit," Nutter said on MSNBC. "In my view . . . he tracked him down. He followed him and then shot and killed him."

Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-Racebaiterville)

Rep. Frederica Wilson said this:

"Trayvon Was hunted down like a rabid dog. He was shot in the street. He was racially profiled."

Her accusation is quite false. Zimmerman mentioned neither race nor clothing until specifically asked.

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Fruitcake)

Rep. Maxine Waters talked about something being stiff:

"The evidence really points to a fact that you had a gung-ho so-called Neighborhood Watchman who wanted to be a cop, basically, who was following a young black man who was unarmed and had committed no crime," Waters said. "That's pretty stiff evidence that this is possibly a hate crime."

Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Communist)

She called the shooting a "modern day lynching."

Schakowsky is a Marxist whodoesn't believe you deserve to own your own property and is married to a felon.

Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Twilight Zone)

Johnson said of Martin:

"He was executed for 'WWB' in a 'GC.' Walking While Black in a Gated Community."

Johnson is the bright light who suggested that overpopulation could cause Guam to capsize:

Richard Jewell won a lawsuit against select media. Zimmerman should be able to sue NBC. Discovery should provide some interesting information.

I’d like to get a lawyer’s opinion on this, but in the case of someone like Michael Nutter — the mayor of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania — does he have any legal protection that requires the taxpayers of Philadelphia to pay his legal bills if he is sued personally for slander? I mean, it’s not as if he has any reason to make ANY statements at all, in his capacity as Philadelphia’s mayor, about a shooting in Florida.

Personally, I’d start with the deep pockets of Al Sharpton’s employer, the Microsoft/National Broadcasting Company.

I’m an attorney, but if he was acting in his capacity as Mayor (he likely was) then the taxpayers foot the bill. Where the taxpayers don’t pay would be something like he is in a car accident while taking the kids to a baseball game. REALLY has to be outside the scope.

It would be terrific if he did sue them all. He should. Here are some more targets.

The first was NBC, which admitted doctoring a 911 tape. This is not an accident that takes place in the hustle and bustle of putting together a newscast.

Then all of a sudden ABC decides that they're gonna enhance the video, and they say that they strip a layer away -- this is police video, by the way, now -- and that all of a sudden, lo and behold, there is evidence of injury on the back of George Zimmerman's head.

Now it is CNN saying that after enhancing the audio of Zimmerman's 911 call, they don't think he used a racial slur after all.

The Lynch Mob Media achieved its purpose. It whipped up a frenzy of racial hatred to promote its leftist agenda. Now they're doing a few "oops" corrections to try and save some credibility with the gullible. Only a fool would buy anything they peddle after this.

If the people voted in a race hating socialist mayor, it would be fine if they were sued to kingdom come.

Bah. I don't think you can fault the media for doing its job... the job of reporting the vicious murder of an unarmed African American baby by a cold blooded white hispanic predator.

How is he acting within his mayoral duties by making such a comment about a case in Florida?

Bad enough to have a public VIGILANTE DEATH WARRANT placed on him!

Every TV station needs it's license REVOKED! Every paper too.

George should OWN ALL OF THEM.

Just like Hussein had any reason to make any statement about this either. Zimmerman and this whole country is due an ice tea and Skittles summit along with Hussein’s exit apology.
