Is GOP fear of race riots stopping any real investigation into Obama’s past

By Congress is refusing to act on citizen demands for an investigation of Barack Obama’s Natural Born Citizenship status because of fears of race riots by Blacks across America.

This appears to be the consensus arrived at by many of our country’s on line bloggers. “Obama’s failure to come up with a real, long form Birth Certificate in a timely manner and his expenditure of a vast amount of money in legal fees in my opinion is a 100% indication something is rotten in Denmark. I don’t know what that something is, but something is fishy,” states one commenter.

Another asks, “Why would Obama spend so much money when all he has to do is show his BC? . .think about it. . .he can’t show it because if he does, it’ll admit it’s fake” says another blogger.

World Net Daily is reporting that members of Congress were even given talking points by their own Congressional Research Agency to head off complaints of American citizens. A WND writer is reporting that some elected officials appeared to mouth these talking points verbatim!

Unable or unwilling to either think or act on their own, such is the control being exhibited on them from the top of the GOP leadership. Our elected officials continue to stonewall America’s citizens.

Now while Congress, our courts, our media and governmental agencies continue in “ protect and conceal” mode only one law enforcement officer Sheriff Joe Arpaio is continuing his battle to bring out the truth about Barack Obama.

Arpaio tells his interviewers over and over he expressly told his Cold Case Posse of volunteer law men and attorneys to clear the President, to put this issue to rest, to find out his documents. But the mountains of evidence they uncovered…..

The GOP seems to prefer the total destruction of the country, by the re-election of Obama, over race riots in the streets?

Sheesh, what a choice.

The GOP has been generally spineless for years.

Congress doesn't like to overturn the results of elections.

Not only would it polarize the country, but the votes won't be there to remove a sitting president.

And after three years with an election coming up this year, there's not going to be support in Washington for what would look like an act of desperation or vindictiveness.

No need to racialize the conflict: it has to do with parties and ideologies.

If you would react against Congress overturning an election that went in your favor, you ought to understand that it's a two-way street.

If you object to liberals dismissing your views by pretending it's "all about race" why would you mischaracterize other people's views in the same way?

Finally, if you have the evidence, you could force the politicians' hand to get hearings, but it looks like the hard evidence just isn't there.

No it's not fear of race riots. That may be a factor but I don't think that's the reason for both parties to ignore the obvious.

I have thought long and hard for an explanation as to why elected officials (some of which are honest men) would apparently ignore their oaths of office.

I have come to the conclusion that the reason lies with with the credibility of the United States of America. Both parties have agreed in silent at the highest level to never reveal the truth that Obama is ineligible. If we reveal to the world that the American People let a completely unvetted and ineligible man into the oval office we would NEVER regain credibility as a nation throughout the entire globe. No one would EVER truly trust the US again, and for good reason.

So in reality these congressmen ARE abiding by their oaths of office to protect and defend the constitution since revealing the truth behind Obama would in fact undermine the sovereignty and security of the United States forever.

The congress realizes we can never admit to the world we (the American People) let a man who we knew nothing of his actual past take control of a nuclear arsenal that could in theory wipe out everyone on the globe.

After at least two years of trying to come up with an explanation, this is the ONLY theory that makes sense to me. It's also the ONLY theory which would make sense to me if I myself were a member of congress.

The fact that Clinton skated on his crimes, and Bush did nothing about it when he was in charge, speaks volumes to this current situation.

People have to stop even saying “two-party” system, and accept the fact we are ruled by a republicrat oligarchy.

The Going On Progressive party has pushed their establishment hack upon us for two POTUS election years now.

This is fascism, NOT freedom.

Agree completely that it’s not the fear of riots. Heck, we’ve got that now (the fear, that is). It’s a combination of fears and prejudices and “gentlemanly” conduct. Remember McCain? How many opportunities to discredit Obama did he waste? What happens to Rubio’s chances for a presidential run if Obama’s declared other than a natural-born citizen? And, of course, on a par with race-riots is race-baiting. What pubbie wants a bigger racist label than he already has? Lastly, it’s too late; the die was cast by cowards and “patriots” in ‘08.

If I go to Detroit its right downtown to Comerica Park and that’s not bad if you don’t wander away from the stadium. Justin Verlander will be joining the names you mentioned.

It’s we the people’s fault too. Why aren’t we marching on Washington demanding answers. And I don’t mean as a tea party to be demonized by the left and the media. Just regular fed up folks sick over what’s happening to our country. Its easy to sit behind a keyboard and complain. We need to get out there like Nugent did and get angry and make our voices heard. Demand that obama price his eligibility.

“It’s we the people’s fault too.”

I agree, but the propaganda ministry will demonize anyone not towing the party line.

It’s just like the third reich or the book 1984.

Too many people lack the passion for real truth.

Glenn Beck has the right idea spending his money to create an honest media alternative.

But, if someone found a REAL Kenyan BC for Obama, it would be blasted as fake and most voters would just move on.

Would that make the freepers here who have sworn not to vote for Romney change their mind?

Here’s news that everyone can use.

They are going to riot any damn way. Over Obama, over Trayvon, over something, but it will happen anyway and frankly I am beyond sick of the nation being held hostage.

"So in reality these congressmen ARE abiding by their oaths of office to protect and defend the constitution since revealing the truth behind Obama would in fact undermine the sovereignty and security of the United States forever."

In reality, there is an oath to support the Constitution in Article Six that all congressmen and senators take when entering office.

Part of that Constitution, The Twentieth Amendment, Section 3 requires that they, Congress, ensure that the President elect shall have qualified or they, Congress are to name an interim President. Here's the text itself.:

"3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified."

A few notes.

1. There is no such position as a "President elect", legally, until such a time as Congress has accepted the results of the electoral college votes and a person is actually named as the "President elect". This means that the term "shall have qualified" refers to something other than the results of winning an election. There is only one place left in the Constitution having to do with "qualifications" for the office of President, that being the eligibility requirements from Article two.

"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

2. Since it is the duty of Congress to name an interim President in the event of a President elect's "failure to qualify", they, Congress, must know whether or not to do so. This means that they, Congress, must be aware of whether or not a President elect meets the eligibility requirements from Article two. It is the burden of the President elect to "qualify" or "fail to qualify", thus not proving one is eligible under Article Two to Congress is the same thing as failing to qualify.

3. How was Obama's eligibility proven to Congress without a valid long form birth certificate? He apparently does not possess such a thing or we would have seen it a million times by now.

4. The eligibility requirements start out with two simple words which forever preclude anyone who "fails to qualify" from serving as a legal president, "No person". Someone who sneaks in because Congress failed to uphold it's responsibility to enforce the Twentieth Amendment, section 3 doesn't legally exist. The Constitution cannot be fooled just because Congress didn't act when it was supposed to. A President elect either qualifies or he cannot ever be President, period.

What we have is a Congress that did not uphold it's oath to support the Constitution and a usurpation of the office of President is the result.

There is a credibility problem alright, one of this government with it's own citizens.

I made no attempt to point blame as to WHY Obama was allowed to take the oath of office. The fact remains no one stopped the process and he was sworn in as president.

The question we are all trying to answer is why all of our elected officials ignore the now obvious fact that Obama is ineligible.

The answer is simple. We can't undo what has been done. If we tell the world we ignored the safeguards of our own constitution and put a man in charge of a nuclear arsenal powerful enough to kill everyone on earth we as a nation will NEVER recover as the accepted leaders of the free world. How could we justify being the most militarily powerful nation on earth if we don't even bother to make sure the man in charge is legitimate? The entire globe would turn against the U.S.

So our congressional leaders are well aware that we've made a terrible mistake as a nation but we must maintain plausible deniability to the world.

As much as I want to see Obama removed from office I am confident it will never happen for the reason I've outlined. No court case will ever get off the ground. No conclusive evidence of ineligibility will ever be found.

The powers that be will make certain this issue remains just a conspiracy theory. I would also add this is most likely the correct course of action for our country.

Too many people are being paid a visit by the Fed sponsored Communist Party welcome wagon crews.

People who investigate Obama are being assassinated.

And even suggesting that people could be in grave danger questioning Obama will get laughs and sneers from any law enforcement agency.

Quite frankly I say its time to buy home improvement implements. Or for the stupid people manual manure spreaders.
