Is GOP fear of race riots stopping any real investigation into Obama’s past

By Congress is refusing to act on citizen demands for an investigation of Barack Obama’s Natural Born Citizenship status because of fears of race riots by Blacks across America.

This appears to be the consensus arrived at by many of our country’s on line bloggers. “Obama’s failure to come up with a real, long form Birth Certificate in a timely manner and his expenditure of a vast amount of money in legal fees in my opinion is a 100% indication something is rotten in Denmark. I don’t know what that something is, but something is fishy,” states one commenter.

Another asks, “Why would Obama spend so much money when all he has to do is show his BC? . .think about it. . .he can’t show it because if he does, it’ll admit it’s fake” says another blogger.

World Net Daily is reporting that members of Congress were even given talking points by their own Congressional Research Agency to head off complaints of American citizens. A WND writer is reporting that some elected officials appeared to mouth these talking points verbatim!

Unable or unwilling to either think or act on their own, such is the control being exhibited on them from the top of the GOP leadership. Our elected officials continue to stonewall America’s citizens.

Now while Congress, our courts, our media and governmental agencies continue in “ protect and conceal” mode only one law enforcement officer Sheriff Joe Arpaio is continuing his battle to bring out the truth about Barack Obama.

Arpaio tells his interviewers over and over he expressly told his Cold Case Posse of volunteer law men and attorneys to clear the President, to put this issue to rest, to find out his documents. But the mountains of evidence they uncovered…..

There is no "conspiracy" theory. There are only the cold hard FACTS that I cited to you. The awareness of ineligibility is already KNOWN by everyone on Earth. They are now equally aware that the United States government does not hold itself accountable to the very document from which it assumes it's powers. They are all equally aware that the United States government considers itself unaccountable to the citizens it supposedly represents. Your attempt at putting make-up over such an ugly face is laughable.

You talk about the answer being "simple". It is. Currently, there is an out of control, outlaw government acting as though it is legitimate, fronting for a person who is not a President while the entire world watches. The trust factor for this government is at ZERO. Allowing this charade to continue is anything but the correct course of action for this nation.

I have said on other threads that the GOP forcing Romney on us is fascism, and voting for him is “bending over” for it.

I was trying to make a point that just making our “voices heard” is futile, considering the power of the media.

I feel that truth loving conservatives outnumber the die hard Marxist left wing nuts, but the voting masses of sheeple are just too intellectually lazy.

Sorry, but you've missed the point completely. Please reread my post again if you want to understand the reason why there is no action from our congressional leaders.

Obama IS ineligible however there is a big difference between what is going on now and what would be the impact on the nation if congress were to officially tell the world of our mistake.

At this point we can pass the problem off as unproven conspiracy theory and retain plausible deniabillity.

Congress does not own the truth and your claims that somehow they can manipulate it to somehow save face for this country is ridiculous. The truth is what it is. The truth is that the entire rest of the world KNOWS this country has no legal President. They also know that Congress is too much of a chicken to address it. This does not portray strength, it portrays cowardice and weakness.

You seem more concerned about how the world views our country than about the extreme damage done to MILLIONS of your fellow Americans due to what has and is occurring. They are the ones who Congress is supposed to worry about.

Your reason is not logical because it denies that which is true in the real world. You say yourself that we have someone who is ineligible but somehow think the rest of the world can't figure this out. They sure can figure out one thing. Blackmail. Where is this in your dreamland scenario?

Now, there is one potential reason for what is transpiring that even I could possibly support. Think a little harder and perhaps you can figure it out.

Just lay it out there, I will listen to anything that may be new or that I have not considered.

I will add that if you don't agree with my assessment that's fine. I'm not trying to convince anyone or win anyone over but I've put a lot of thought into this issue. I simply offer this explanation to try to explain why this is happening.

Also the depth of the problem faced by the US with the ineligibility of a sitting president can't be addressed in a simple thread like this. This is a lot more complex than I care to write about in this thread.

Bottom line: The only sure resolution to Obama is to simply move on and get a new president at this election or the next. Official hearings proving Obama is ineligible after three years of his term is something we simply have no answer for as a nation. There is no blueprint to fall back on. The founding documents simply don't address this problem in any way. The result of official action would almost certainly be catastrophic for the United States.

Official hearings proving him ineligible get him arrested right away. If he is not legally President, the Constitutional remedy for removing such does not apply. You cannot impeach a non-President.

The Twentieth Amendment addresses this but has not been utilized either through intimidation or cowardice on the part of ALL members of Congress.

These past three years have been as catastrophic as you can be to millions, MILLIONS, of your fellow citizens who have endured losing jobs, their life savings, and their homes.

Now, why would Congress sit back and do nothing as this all takes place to their constituents? This is easy to answer for the Democrats, but why would the entire Republican power structure on Capitol Hill let this occur? There are two directions to take this.

One, they are complicit, know it, and are scared to death that the American people will hold them accountable for what they have allowed to happen. They should be scared as there will be no mercy when the truth is acknowledged and the raw anger of the electorate takes over. Throughout this nations history, thousands of young men in the prime of life gave their lives for the sake of our freedoms yet these cowards weren't brave enough to ask for a legitimate birth certificate? Sorry, Congress, if they are discovered to be part of this charade, they deserve whatever the people give them in return.

Two, the other direction, perhaps a costly one to the nation at first, but worth the short term sacrifice if it brings us back in the direction of the Founders. If there is no question that Obama is ineligible to serve as President, the democrats and their Communist/Marxist friends have made a fatal error. If Congress held hearings proving this case after Obama's supposed term is up, everything he signed into law is wiped off the slate, INCLUDING his Supreme Court appointments.

If the Republicans take control of both houses of Congress and the White House, it would be game, set, and match for the progressive agenda for a long, long time in this nation. Imagine the impact of a 7 to 2 conservative-leaning and Constitution-enforcing advantage on the Supreme Court. How long would this have taken to occur, if at all, in our lifetimes? Perhaps never before in this nations history has our Congress had the chance to turn back the clock on what leftist have made of it. Is this what their objective is? They had better hope that it is.
