James Jaeger is a noted filmaker and documentarian. We interviewed him several months back about his latest work Spoiler, which examined whether Dr. Ron Paul could wind up being elected president. Many people have questioned Dr. Paul's viability as a bona fide candidate, and the main stream media has all but written him off. However, Ron Paul has plugged on and has been experiencing a larger and larger following. Perhaps the ultimate question is whether the perception of economic well-being, which is totally unfounded in reality, will evaporate before the parties' candidates are chosen. From the looks of things, that's a very real possibility. If the collapse re-emerges then Dr. Paul's odds go way up. But if the elitists are able to stave off the collapse until after the summer, then he will be eliminated from consideration, unless he starts a third-party candidacy. To date, Dr. Ron Paul hasn't indicated if he's willing to do this, but he hasn't rejected it either. As of now, nothing is settled, and all eyes are upon the economy and Dr. Paul.
Aerosmith wrote a fitting song, which cracked the top 10 in 1976.
Ron Paul is doing the same thing Jesse Jackson did for years, gathering delegates to broker for power at the convention. He said when he started he knew he couldn’t get the nomination. But he can affect the Party platform if he wields enough Electors.
The shame is that he helped split the vote for Santorum and Gingrich, leaving us with a (highest probability) Mittens.
By the by, have you ever wondered what happened to the courtesans who accused Herman Cain of impropriety? They say he did despicable things and damaged them. There are laws that provide recourse. They are poor, and need the money. And he is rich.
Where are the high profile lawsuits?
Even I could hire a half dozen crack whores to lie for money - $50,000 or so? Pretty cheap price to get rid of a ‘black’ alternative to the ‘one’.
Imagine a Palin type leading our government. As Governor of Alaska she actually did what she said she was going to do.
Palin did herself no favors by not finishing her term. It made her look insincere.
I know one thing, the independent Ron Paulistas sure as hell aren’t going to vote for Romney, whereas they just might vote for Newt in lieu of their dear leader. Newt is a lot closer to their libertarian views on the economy than Romney will ever be.

You obviously never had to hire a lawyer and pay him on an ongoing basis. Lawsuits cost a lot of money and Sarah Palin as Gov of Alaska never earned the money to pay lawyers. I think if you look you will see she was forced out because it would have financially crushed her family. All the BS makes it really hard. I ran for office in 2001. Unless you have deep pockets or a large money raising machine it becomes extremely expensive.
Want to build your political capital and promote your agenda? Answer these ridiculous lawsuits, expose the people behind them, be transparent about your donors, and defeat the opposition at every turn.
Rush sometimes refers to Newt as "what could have been." Sarah's also a good example.
