In February, Georgia Administrative Judge Michael Malihi deliberately ignored fact, the language of the Constitution and Supreme Court precedent in manufacturing the logically and legally impossible decision that Barack Hussein Obama was indeed a “natural born citizen” of the United States and therefore eligible to be on the Georgia state ballot.

This stunningly improper ruling–the sort to which the shameful disregard for common sense and legal ethics must always lead–made the judge a nationwide object of contempt and derision.

Though a great many court watchers were discouraged by Malihi’s willful corruption of American justice, he did manage to provide one important service for the American public before being bought off by Obama’s forces. By permitting 3 separate eligibility suits to go forward and be decided, however improperly, on their merits, Malihi had become the first judge to forgo the evasion tactic employed by so many of his corrupt colleagues on the bench.

That is, he did not throw out legal challenges to Obama’s eligibility due to plaintiff’s “lack of standing,” the irresponsible and cowardly procedural path taken by other judges who wished to avoid trying the case.

But if anyone believed Malihi’s choice to hear a case dangerous to the Obama Regime would begin a trend of judicial integrity, they have been sorely disappointed by the performance of Arizona Federal Judge Susan Bolton.

BHO is not natural born. He told us in his own autobiography that his father was Kenyan.

Similarly, while Senator Marco Rubio was born here, neither of his parents were US citizens until after his birth. Rubio is NOT natural born.

I am surprised that conservative talk show hosts have not brought this up. It would make a great softball for Rubio to hit BHO on the head with, and if done under the right interview circumstances, would score an amazingly damaging point against BHO.

But rubio is romney and the GOP E’s baby - he has to do what they tell him to do, i.e. don’t touch that issue! obozo’s nbc status or elig issue is a no-no! rubio wants to be VP, so he will ignore any questions/talks about his own nbc status, knowing the GOP E and even the Rats will cover for him.

I don’t doubt (others might) that Obama was “natural born”. However I do believe that he is not a “natural born CITIZEN” of the USA, as required for POTUSA, no matter how any one would spin the matter. I agree that Rubio like myself and my brother who was killed on Okinawa are not “natural born CITIZENS” because it is very simply but very definitely that our parentS were not USA citizens at our births.

We need a small conservative government containing one “czar” charged with scraping away all the noxious mold the nation’s “Progressive” judges have cultured to overgrow our Constitution — and of course, the judges themselves. Newt would be great, if he could refrain from trying to fix *everything* on his own recognizance.

To be ‘natural born’, you have to be born on US soil (later extended to US territory such as embassies and US military bases), and both parents must be citizens at the time of the birth.

Both Obama and Rubio fail to qualify. Obama stated that his father was Kenyian and Rubio’s biography shows that both his parents became naturalized US citizens several years after his birth.

I'm beginning to think that Hannity (for example) is "pushing " Rubio so HARD that many - many people will start to bring up "he is not eligable according to the Constitution."

That way he can promote an interest in the fact that Obama is not eligable either - yet he never has to mention Obama so that whomever is putting the kabash on the Obama scandle cannot say that he (or many others) 'spoke out of turn.'

Kind of a take off on reverse pshchology. Otherwise I can't believe that all of the talking heads that constantly push Rubio are ignorant of the Constitution and the legal requirements to holding the position of Pres or VP of the US.

They are not ignorant. They are either ordered to do so or do whatever will fatten their wallets. It does not matter to them if Rubio or obozo is elig or not. It only matters that they will get rich on our miseries (obozo has been good for their business!)
