When it came to investigating Obama’s eligibility, however, Adams – who is now running for the U.S. House – said he feared Congress standing up to the chief executive would trigger “a constitutional crisis unlike one we’ve seen since perhaps the Civil War.”

Further, Adams questioned whether an investigation by Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio – determining probable cause to suspect the White House presented forged documents as “proof” of Obama’s eligibility – lends “credibility” to the case.

After the politicians have either actively facilitated the Obama crimes or refused to address his criminality, the excuse has now become it is too hot to handle. Too hot for whom? Too hot for all the crooked criminal facilitators who need to go to jail over this fiasco.

I watched the PBR today (Professional Bull Riders) and saw more cajones then all of Washington DC can produce in both parties. (I’m talking on a national scale too) This country needs a kick in the ass and if it does not come this election, I honestly believe it will be too late. One solution would be to make me dictator and within one week, the borders would be closed and any politician that isn’t worth a damn will be kicked out of American politics. So Sad..... It seems amazing to me that even as he answers these simple questions, this candidate Kirk Adams reveals that he is a buffoon and has little knowledge of the eligibility Issue. It is amazing to me how he could form any opinion at all! Also, how can he expect those who he would represent to count on his ability to execute the office he seeks competently.

Well first, we may or may not be dealing with OBAMA’S USA CITIZENSHIP. BUT at this point, what we definitely need to focus on, is his Natural Born Status ..................
And second, how can any Republican, who who seeks this office , claims to be a strong defender of the constitution but not understand the simple facts of the issue? Also, if candidate Adams will not take his oath to defend the constitution seriously, then, he should recuse himself from the office he seeks. Hopefully someone with courage will take his place.

if they deliberately are ‘suspending’ parts of the Constitution... which parts remain in effect?

last i checked, there is no severability clause within the Constitution. it’s all or nothing, just like 0bamacare
