Most people think it's redundant. It actually isn't, just hyper-accurate.

Was originally supposed to be "Death's Corpse"... but in the bygone days of the early Intarwebs, ' and spaces were not allowed in user names. On USENET I actually had dcorpse for a handle. Same on IRC chans.
