A day after killing Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman reportedly passed a police lie detector test when asked if he confronted the teen and if he feared for his life “when you shot the guy,” according to documents released today by Florida prosecutors.
Zimmerman “was classified as No Deception Indicated (NDI)” according to the report.
Problem is, even if George Zimmerman is telling the truth, he was still the aggressor of this altercation. By Zimmerman’s own account, he followed Trayvon Martin, against the advice of the 911 dispatcher, and profiled him as one of “these guys” who had committed break-ins in the past.
According to Zimmerman, Trayvon walked past him once and disappeared, then circled his car and disappeared. Even if Zimmerman’s story is 100% truthful, that still left him with two opportunities to extricate himself from the situation, and he chose not to. So it was still a series of bad choices by Zimmerman that led to Trayvon Martin’s death. There’s no getting around that.
Please don’t refer to it as a “Lie Detector” test, because it isn’t. This test ONLY indicates physiological responses to stress, which MIGHT be interpreted as resulting from the subject giving deceptive answers to questions, but it is not an absolute indicator of such.
You appear to get your facts wrong. So, if George walked past Travon at any time why was he attacked by Trayvon. No reason to do that, I get walked past by many people on the streets at all times. Trayvon started the incident and George finished it when he feared for his life.
So Zimmerman was pretty confident about his own story, why am I not surprised. And why am I also not surprised that liberals try to use some method as dogmatic as a lie detector to test Zimmerman? I thought they were so scientific to know that a lie detector fails when the person has planned out the lie, it only detects anxiety in someone who has been desperately trying to make crap up. But of course, I have always found it so amazing how leftists have often said one thing, and done another when it comes to science.
The big point of the story is that some people still think that the polygraph can be used as a lie detector. It detects anxiety, but if someone planned out the lie he was going to tell, the person can simply lie and pass, because they know what they are going to say, and have no need to feel nervous.
Well, take your pick -- which one is it?

When robberies have been committed, and the suspect(s) have been identified as "young black males", how is it "profiling" when you see a stranger in the burglarized neighborhood THAT FITS A DISCRIPTION OF PREVIOUS WRONG-DOERS?
EVERY time a black "yewt" is in an area he is not known in, he can claim "racial profiling" when someone watches him (and, the State-Run-Media, Al Shaptoon, Jesse Jackass, and the whole lot of 'em will SCREAM it's RACIST!)

Why does no one mention the “bad” choice made by Trayvon to ambush Zimmerman. He could avoided being shot it he had just gone home. He had the last choice to live, and HE chose badly.
It was not choices by Zimmerman that caused Martin’s death. It was Martin’s choice to sucker punch Zimmerman that led to his death.
I’m starting to believe this whole trial is being done to MAKE the blacks riot.

This woman is a moron. George Zimmerman’s being there makes him the “aggressor”. Zimmerman’s crime is that he shot a black kid in self defense. I’m sorry Martin is dead, but a false and malicious prosecution directed at Zimmerman won’t bring him back.
Based on this, I would say they’re liberal and unconscious.
Sorry but they are widely known as lie detector tests and that is what they will be called -- and GZ took two of them that night -- the polygraph and the VSA. lie detector tests -- and passed them both.
Those things are said to be something like 98% accurate and I don’t easily picture Zimmerman as one of the two percent who might fool one of them.
Gee, I thought that Zimmerman at the time was patrolling his neighborhood to protect it from hoodlums. Wouldn’t “trying to extricate himself from the situation” be against the job he volunteered to do?
Sorry but why perpetuate ignorance, just because it happens to be a popular misconception?
