Monckton tells Lords: Obama presidency at risk
WND ^ | 27 May 2012 | Jerome Corsi

Posted on 06/28/2012 1:15:28 AM PDT by Flotsam_Jetsome

“Mr. Obama’s legitimacy is now in doubt,” Lord Christopher Monckton concludes in the report.

Monckton bases his conclusions largely on the findings of Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s law enforcement investigation. Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse announced March 1 there is probable cause that Obama’s long-form birth certificate posted on the White House website April 27, 2011, and his Selective Service registration form are forgeries.

“A dislocation more severe than the fall of Watergate may be anticipated, leaving the free world leaderless at a time of great financial uncertainty,” Monckton advises the British nobility.

He put his fellow peers on notice that he considers it likely a civil or criminal court challenge of Obama’s eligibility will eventually succeed that could remove Obama from office before the November 2012 election through a disqualification determined under the 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

This article is quite thorough, and Monckton's report is super-good.

The House of Lords takes the idea of eligibility seriously.

"The House of Lords takes the idea of eligibility seriously."

Would that our House of Overlords did also.

Just the Monckton 20-page report link was enough justification for posting this story. It's thorough, cogent and quite damning.

Pinging you, butter, because this gets into HDOH and Hawaii courts complicity.

From the report:

Attorneys for anyone accused of a criminal offence signed into statute by President Obama under Art. I, s. 7, have the right to request access by their forensic investigators to the Hawaii Health Department’s original birth record for Mr. Obama to satisfy them that the President is the President, the statute the statute and the alleged offence an offence. he suppression by the prosecution of evidence favorable to an accused upon request violates due process [14th Amdt.] where the evidence is material either to guilt or to punishment”. Therefore, the courts will be obliged to grant any such defence request. By the supremacy clause (Art. 6), Hawaii must comply.

By the precedent set in Brady v. Maryland (373 US 83, 1963), “T Does the issue matter? Advice from an eminent constitutional lawyer is that it does: “The Constitution is the supreme law of the US. We amend it, or we abide by it.” He expects a credible court challenge to the authenticity of Mr. Obama’s birth certificate soon. If it occurs, and if the certificate is a forgery, the constitutional consequences will be grave.

Standing, by virtue of direct, personal harm involved in a criminal indictment/conviction? What types of cases would this involve?

Wasn't one of their subjects implicated in this crime (pappa ObaMao)?

Drop it for Heaven’s Sake. The last thing we want is for this guy in the final round to bow out of being re-elected, and then we get the democrats to rally their base around someone in the final hour. INstead of winning the presidency and both houses...it’s a draw.

I agree with the position, but it sure did not seem to matter to the court in Lt. Col. Lakin’s case. He did six months of jeopardy in Leavenworth.

You have to be joking. So, the Democrats’ president is found to be a fraud, Pelosi goes to jail, the country is thrown into a Constitutional crisis caused by Democratic fraud and you think the Democrats are going to win in November?

I see the AFN spots that talk up how the UCMJ in "some cases" provides greater protections than civil law to a defendant, and thinking of Col. Lakin, laugh bitterly.

With greater protections often comes greater jeopardy. Sad in Lakin's case.

Lets face it , we have been leaderless at a time of financial uncertainty ever since Obama took the oath that he never had any intention of keeping.

If our Government had proof , 100% proof,of Obama’s elegibility, they would find a way to ignore it, just like they have been ignoring it for 3 1/2 years.

They fear the outcome , they fear the truth.

Gotta love British intelligence.

Of all countries only the Brits still have panache and style with good old fashion secret agents.

I could even imagine a future James Bond movie themed all around an Obama type of evil mastermind.

BULLS**T!! Get him out of the Oval Office any way we can. Do NOT underestimate this Marxist Muslim and his Thug Brigade. They will do whatever they need to do to stay in power. We need to get him out. If it takes it being proved that he is NOT eligible to hold the office of POTUS, then so be it.

Hell, this guy and his America-hating wife, make the Clintons look good. A one-eyed, three-legged, sh** eating dog in the White House would be better than him. GET HIM OUT OF WASHINGTON, D.C.

Tar and feather all those Marxist groupies I say.

Of course things tend to change with technology, now we can get the Spray and seal in a can and synthetic feathers from China.

Obama must be stomped flat, he must lose HIS will to convert America. We MUST take the wind out of his sails, we NEED to break his rhetoric at every chance we can, he is a snake that hypnotizes his targets before he strikes.

I can even make a wild speculation that Obama was taught methods of speech control to create mass hypnosis. We all should hope Obama has a mental breakdown at the very least.

I agree, sort of. I want Obama to be the nominee and LOSE. I don't want Hillary to ride in on her Pale horse and win.

I do want this poser EXPOSED, Discredited, and Shamed. I want him thrown in the dust bin (dumpster) of history, AFTER the election, which he loses in a LANDSLIDE.

Do they still hang people for treason? I hope so.

She won't, she is as deep in the Fast & Furious operation as Obozo, who planned it.

No.

The last thing we want is for this guy in the final round to bow out of being re-elected, and then we get the democrats to rally their base around someone in the final hour and his enablers to get away with the greatest fraud in history.
