Now that Traitor John Roberts has turned us over to the slavery of infinite Federal Taxation, it is time to petition the Esteemed Sobber-of-the-House Boehner to begin writing the very long list of offenses that are to be included in the Articles of Impeachment of Dictator Obama.

Due to Sobber Boehner’s extreme work load of doing nothing, let us FReepers send him our lists of Impeachable Offenses.

List all the charges to be included in The Articles of Impeachment, and send them to Sobber Boehner.

IF Sobber B. cannot get Articles of Impeachment begun by the end of the Republican National Convention, then it is time to start the legal procedures for Article V Constitutional Convention.

Unless, of course, the first ballot at Tampa is an ABSTAIN vote, and thus DUMPS Milktoast Mitt Romney.

BTW, these two replies today, by yours truly, were to my two of my threads from Autumn, 2011.

There are plenty of brass ones in Freeperland, but NONE in our sorry RINO-dominated US House.

BTW, BTW, don’t expect any help from Milktoast Mitt Romney, as they never did anything like that at his prep school.

No wonder the RINOs endorsed him to lead their damn Party!

Before the coming election, even if the House could IMPEACH successfully, the trial in the Senate would be a foregone “not guilty” conclusion. There is no point in discussing it any further. It would only galvanize blacks, Hispanics, and other minorities because of the racist rhetoric the Democrat Party, MSM and liberal ideologues would spew.

It didn’t work with Clinton and it DAMNED sure ain’t gonna work with Obama! Additionally, it would also highlight (I’m sure) the fact that we have scores of ball-less Republican bastards in both houses who will lie, equivocate, demur and outright turncoat us - all too late to be remedied in November elections.

I'll contradict myself a bit.. Problem is, there has ALWAYS been a reason not to impeach 0bama. To declare him ineligible to run prior to the LAST election it would've been viewed as a racist assault on a black man. Shortly after taking office it would have been viewed an attempt to get the black man who was just elected out of office because he's black. Midway through his term would've been the optimum time to impeach but still there would've been 'cries of racism'. Now, we're back to the same old dilemma, 'trying to get the black man from having his second term even though the TRUTH and the FACT is he's got numerous impeachable offenses to his credit; A war in Libya not authorized by Congress, his illegal recess appointments while Congress not in recess, his unilateral overturning of federal immigration law via amnesty for illegal aliens, and son on..

So you see, a purist or constructionist would abide by the Constitution and pay no regard to 'timing'. ANY time is the right time and done to uphold the law. I hold each and every so-called 'Republican' member of Congress COMPLICIT in the illegal acts committed by our President. Now, add SCOTUS to the list. Roberts' 'switch' was done under threat and coercion. When the SCOTUS rules as a result of a direct threat, we're done. It's over. A 'Republic' we're not. Democrats, they're not. Let's speak truth here. Obama has transformed America into a Dictatorship where one tyrant CHANGES our laws without impunity, and without the checks and balances enacted into law by our Forefathers.. All references to 'Democrat' should be immediately replaced with 'Socialist' or 'Fascist'. Let's stop the false labels, narratives and not play along with the enemies lies. This is how they conquered us.

I don’t disagree with what you say but there are metaphysical realities and political realities. If the objective is to get rid of him then the most effective way is to use all those very true things you bring up as reasons not to vote for him and put everything into defeating him at the polls. This has the more likely chance for success. Sort of like nailing Al Capone for tax evasion. Yes, he should have gone down for life for murder and racketeering but the best shot was tax evasion and it worked. Big Al ended up in the pokey and stayed there until his mind turned into jello from tertiary sypillus. At this point I just want to get rid of him a lot more than being able to say, “see, I told ya so”. Damn “purism - just get the job done.

Obama will never be impeached as long as the Dems control either house. Assuming the ‘Pubbies decided to waste the time and money trying to impeach him now, it would simply be another Clinton decision in which the House impeached but the Dem-controlled Senate refused to assess any sentence.

So, we can scream all we want about impeachment (nd I believe that zero has provided LOTS of justification for his own impeachment), the fact is that politics will triumph and the Dummy ‘Pubbie Party will have created just another Clinton.

Drop it. One Clinton is too many. Two would drive us, as a nation, to mass suicide.
