Now they're trying to say that Romney lied to the SEC (a felony) about when he left Bain. This has been pretty well dispensed with as false (here and here), but this isn't stopping liberals, or the Obama campaign, from calling him a liar and criminal.
If they persist with this it's going to turn into a birther type problem for them, but with less substance.
I know how we can resolve this...
Probably most states have campaign rules against lying, especially accusing opponent of a crime.
Romney’s campaign should formally file complaints in all of those jurisdictions. Hearings will be held and finding of lie lie lie will follow.
They may even fine the Obama bunch or worse. It is a gambit worth running.
Obama can’t speak without a teleprompter, and Romney oversaw the Olympics while managing Bain. Romney used his own money. Obama loses ours. Obama is a freeloader.

And have them immediately rejected as frivolous and racist attacks.
It took 26 managers to do the work Romney was too busy to do because of the Olympics.
It’s about time for obummer to hire an adult to run his campaign!
