I am going to put this at the top, though it refers to Update 6, where I posted a Reuters image captured October 1, 2011 on the Brooklyn Bridge of a protester that appears in the YouTube video I have found so curious. The clarity of this image leads me to conclude, contrary to what I have believed the past several days, that the protester that appears when James W. Holmes sings "hate is on the rise" is not James E. Holmes. It appears that all of this is just a weird thing on the internet.
I apologize to the man being taken by the police for associating him with a mass murderer. I also apologize for associating OWS with James E. Holmes with images and opinions I posted below. I sincerely regret my mistakes.

All you had to do was READ the credits at the end of the video and google the guy’s name.
Not only to mention the “protester” in the video looked NOTHING like Holmes.
I cringed reading the IDIOTS here who, without doing a lick of 5th grader research, posting “Yeah that’s him”.

It’s a lot easier not to jump the gun if you just wait until you have all the facts.
It’s not like freepers are trying to catch a killer, so that we need to take leaps of logic and educated guesses. There’s no race here, the goal is getting facts, not being quick.
We are so attuned to getting news “fast” that we’ve totally lost the idea of getting things right.

Exactly, when i heard stephy stupidnoplous and brian ross claim holmes was Tea Party which is bizarre if not stupid, I figured something was up. A quick survey of the web points to occupy black bloc which of course points to the dnc /dems and ozero.So the first thing the left/axeldork wants to do is limit the damage by controlling the issue. Therefore they try and blurr it by claiming tea party. That’s what they did.
We still don’t know if he’s occupy or not. But we will find out one way or the other.
You are welcome. And thank you for being objective and being able to look at different opinions. Some people get very passionate about things at times in the heat of things on the internet, and it take a strong mind to keep a level head. I think you accomplished that.
