Hating Christian chicken sandwiches; the Democrats’ desperate try to create enthusiasm

It has been a long time since the Democrats stood for Christian principles, but under Barack Obama they have taken to attacking Christians as enemies.

The latest Democrat attack on Christian values comes in their calls to boycott Chick-fil-A a family owned restaurant chain run on Christian values. Chick-fil-A won’t open on Sundays or kowtow to Democrat demands to recognize Gay “marriages” so the restaurant chain has become an enemy.

The Democrat Party runs on hate. They hate and want to destroy anybody who will not act the way THEY demand them to. They have survived by keeping their base angry and hate filled so they will march zombie-like to the polls to keep Democrats in power.

Democrats are a morally bankrupt and hate filled bunch that feels it must destroy anything and anything that is wholesome. “We hate people who don’t hate what we hate, or love what we love” sums up their position on everything.

Now after years of using the same tired old playbook, they have run out of plausible targets to tell their robotic voters to hate. With no one else left to hate, they are aiming their guns at Christians because Christians won’t bow down to the Homosexuals who bankroll Democrats.

Nevertheless, hating one’s own faith seems to be where even the Democrat base draws the line. Trying to stir up hatred of Christians crosses a line and it’s chasing people away from the Democrats.

The Democrat base doesn’t plan to vote because they can’t be bothered and being asked to hate their own religion to satisfy the Democrats is too much.

Years of hearing they are being excluded from “The White man’s world” have left many minority rank and file Democrats with the impression that voting isn’t worth….

The Democrats are desperate to find something that will get their base angry. Making a target out of Christianity isn't theiranswer, but being the people they are they can't undersatnd that.

Frankly if I have to eat fast food, if I can find a chick-fil-a that’s where I am going.. plus they have play areas in all their free standing restaurants for the kids, so double score.

Getting their base angry over this won’t do a darned thing unless Obama plans to bring down the Federal hammer on Chick-Fil-A.

I would presume it would be easy for Chick-Fil-A to make a kosher product.

Open it in Brookline, MA (a borough of greater Boston), which has a large Orthodox Jewish population.

Be the only place in the world to get a Chick-Fil-A on Sunday (close it on Shabbos).

funny thing. When I don’t like something, when “we” on the right don’t like something (MSNBC and newspapers as an example) we just don’t patronize it. When they don’t like something (like the USA, religion and guns for instance) they try extortion to get it to change and when it won’t they want to ban it or shut it down.

There's nothing more intolerant and hateful than a self-satisfied leftist who believes he or she is battling "intolerance." I once heard a sound bite from a student moron at KU who proudly stated that he was "intolerant of intolerance."

They mistakenly believe that a) their views are right. b) anyone who disagrees with them is wrong. c) since they're good and nice, then those who disagree with them are bad and evil. And they'll use that belief to try destroying the lives of anyone with whom they disagree.

The prophets Parker and Stone saw this a long time ago, and presented it in their "Deathcamp of Tolerance" episode.

The incredibly ugly hate campaign, now in progress, against traditionally minded, God fearing Americans, is further evidence that about the turn of the Century, the hard core Left sensed that it was now safe for them to launch an "end game strategy," to wipe out what was left of traditional Western culture in America.

There has been one example after another, of their increased boldness, and the election of a radical alien--regardless of where he was physically born--oriented Marxist in 2008, certainly did not diminish their enthusiasm.

Some of the examples, which were direct attacks on religious freedom, included a vendetta against the private Christian, Bob Jones University, in 2000; stepped up attacks on public display of the Ten Commandments; the attacks on the Boy Scouts, about the same time, for adhering to traditional Western values; the attacks on the Southern Baptists, in general, for reaffirming traditional values; as the recent attacks on Roman Catholics for refusing to let the Leftist Obama administration dictate forced compliance with direct attacks on religious institutions. Of course the absurd "Gay Pride" weeks, celebrated by Governmental departments, since the Clinton Administration, as well as ever more bizarre new programs in public education.

The unfortunate thing is that too few on our side have yet realized that these attacks are not accidental or random; but reflect the same deep hatred for American--and Western--traditions, that the President's former Pastor exhibited from the pulpit, when he was Obama's spiritual advisor.

This campaign has long used the Southern Christian traditionalist in the same way that Hitler used the German Jews, as a scape-goat to rally the base elements, looking for someone to blame for all their problems. It is, as observed, incredibly ugly; but likely to get considerably worse, unless more people stand up to it.

The scariest part of this is that it is happening in full view of a public, of whom a majority seem to agree and acquiesce. America has never been in more danger than it is right now.

Your points are basically sound, although Fascism, the Italian Third Way form of Monolithic Totalitarianism, is not really the same thing as the National Socialism in Germany; the latter being much closer to where we seem headed, if people do not wake up.

All three movements--even as what we have mistakenly let the Left call "Liberalism" in America, since FDR, reflect a Compulsion For Uniformity. Because they do reflect compulsive impulses, the hatred they display is never completely rational--no more than are their arguments in behalf of what they seek to market.

That overwhelmingly describes them, but not all. There are still the "FDR Democrats," the small and dwindling group of old-timers who were indoctrinated during the Great Depression, who are socially conservative, but will vote Democrat even if Satan is the candidate.

I talk to them all the time, and they have to deliberately brainwash themselves to believe provable lies in order not to go insane.

I agree with you on the time frame, but I think the main reason for the "launch" was they realized they were becoming old and increasingly irrelevant, and if they didn't make one more push for their '60s ideals, time would pass them by.

Time has, of course. They are irrelevant. It's only the media that worships the '60s as the height of cool that gives these strident, increasingly crazy people a voice.

We ate there twice this week. It is a bit spendy for my big crew but right now it is the only fast food restaurant we will support.

I let them know why. I would encourage every one to let their corporate office know, that you support them. Hopefully it will help keep them from caving in.

We don’t have a Chick-Fil-A anywhere near us, but if we did, we would love to patronize them.

If we see any in our travels, we will be sure to stop to eat there. We still have 9 kids living at home, six of whom are teenagers, so we can eat a LOT.
