Our Odds of Beating Obama Are Better By Dumping Mitt in a Brokered Convention

BrokeredConvention

147 Degrees West (@147DW) has done a wonderful job of putting together the success rate of nominees wrought from a brokered convention.  The conclusion: Odds of Beating Obama Are Better By Dumping Mitt.

Many automatically assume that Mitt Romney is the presumptive nominee of the Republican party, and that the Tampa convention will end up being nothing more than a Guthy-Renker Romney infomercial.

That will be news to the Lawyers for Ron Paul who have filed a little covered Federal, civil rights lawsuit, against the GOP and many state GOP parties for election fraud on behalf of the Romney campaign.  And yes; although it's no where near the extent of fraud conducted by the Obama campaign in 2008 (or even this year), it has occurred blatantly.  In many states including Maine, Missouri, Massachusetts, Oklahoma (and even Puerto Rico) votes went unrecorded or delegates were excluded from caucuses.

You want to be President in the Atomic Age, with full access to the world’s largest array of firepower in the history of mankind, you just have to give up this privacy cr*p. In the modern age gentlemen really do read other gentlemen’s mail ~ see; http://triablogue.blogspot.com/2007/11/gentlemen-dont-read-other-gentlemens.html

Only an idiot puts a totally unknown person in charge of the Department of Defense. We need it all ~ warts, private parts, the whole enchilada.

You ask for ad hoc firing squads i think you will end up on the Danton/Robespierre side of the question ~ dead, and forgotten except to history as bad examples.

Which is what a nation of idiots did in 2008.

Only a coward or a fool puts Obama The Bowing Coward in for another 4 years so he can continue to dangle off Iran’s crotch and kiss the feet of Saudi dictators.

Hell, Putin would kick Obama’s ass in a fight but you’re clearly a fan of ‘4 More Years’ of the Chief Chimp.

No, it is not clear and the more you say it the more likely you are to begin to get more and more confused until finally you go home some night, shoot your own dog, terrorize your own chillun', beat your own wife and then jump off your own roof onto the 8 foot tall cast iron picket fence you have surrounding your castle grande.

The convention hasn't been held. The topic of debate is dumping Mitt at the convention. Campaigning for Mitt simply isn't in the cards yet. I didn't vote for the puke twice already, and I'm not about to waste my third vote on him.

We need a real candidate and a guy who isn't willing to go a step beyond what is marginally legally required really isn't up to the job of being President.

And we are looking at 4 more years of this garbage, or 8 more years of it. Mitt pushers are asking for 8.

It’s possible Romney will not be nominated by the convention.

It’s also possible Salma Hayek will dump her billionaire husband and marry me.

It’s possible.......

“The topic of debate is dumping Mitt at the convention. “

And such a debate is foolish, delusional, and a complete waste of time.

There won’t be a brokered convention and there’s no other candidates
who’ve been fund-raising and are in any remote sort of position
to run against Obama. Choose to not vote for Romney (which is a vote for Obama)
at your own peril - there’ll be only him and loser Odumbo on the Nov. ballot. That
doesn’t make me happy but it’s called ‘reality’.

4 more years == bye-bye America. Not sure why you’re so
fuzzy on that reality.

You are working hard at converting the GOP-e into a very marginalized regional party without a nationwide presence.

The remaining 85% to 92% of the party will continue to be a national party of serious prominence.

Frankly, you people can't be trusted to be allowed in Republican politics anymore ~ you've had 8 losers since 1936 ~ it's time to put an end to your nonsense.
