I think Juan Williams saw the writing on the wall. He saw the huge advantage that Mitt has with his wife pulling for him on the campaign. Her connection with women will be unmatched. Juan was showing the characteristics of a man jealous that his President will be unable to rise up to the caliber of the Romney team. Juan was thinking that Zer0, like his name, has zero chance of reelection.

Juan reminded me of a man who just lost all of his chips on the crap table.

This explains a lot. What a self righteous hypocrite! Of course he can’t relate to Ann Romney...that would require moral character and decency.... none of which he possesses. Typical liberal.

Hey Juan, so you have no issue with Michelle Obama parading around in expensive clothing(On OUR tax dollars) and taking expensive trips on OUR DIME..yeah I almost forgot, only liberals are allowed to hob nob with the rich and famous but when a Republican becomes successful its somehow a crime

Excellent point, Sarah! I was so stunned when I heard Juan call Ann Romney a "corporate wife", I never even thought about Moochelle. GREAT point.

Also, what about Moochelle's no-show $300,000+ a year patient-dumping job in Chicago as soon as BHO became state senator? How about that, Juan?

At least with Ann Romney, the things she owns she purchased with her OWN money..with Michelle Obama the extravagant vacations, the clothing, she purchased on OUR DIME..that is the difference..liberals LOVE spending other people’s money, never their own..oh and since Juan loves trashing Republicans who have wealth I wonder how much Juan is worth, someone should check his tax returns

I understand this point of view, that he’s “useless”, and the feeling of betrayal after having stood by him when he was being ‘released’ from npr. I am tempted to think this too. However... I think it’s important to have him and bob beckel too (much less so) on the network. They do provide a level of balance. Liberal positions are weak and indefensible. So in order to articulate those positions the spokesman for them ends up looking like a moron, especially when seated next to level headed articulate conservatives. We want america to know what these people really think. What we dont want is to be seen concealing and obfuscating opposing point of views like MSNBC Does. Like the way that they broke to commercial to conceal the minority speakers at the RNC Convention. Or the way that NPR did when they kicked williams out of their network. The contrast between the two thought processes is instructive in itself. We should also demonstrate the contrast between the reactions. Instead of seeking to silence the opposition like a liberal would do.

Let the Liberals speak... do not mute them lest we become like them.

Juan Williams is merely a monument to the Quota System of AFFIRMATIVE ACTION and is one of Roger Ailes lap boys for the sake of RATINGS. It is comical to see the other participants on FOX rebut and shred almost every point he tries to make.

Another joke is the Man from Area 51,Alan Colmes. Both of them cause an instant reaction to mute the sound on the TV!

Exactly. They needed a black in Juan Williams capacity and they got one. A bigoted one.

Just an affirmative action Fox news appointment.

I was surprised to see Nonnan on the desk. I lost respect for her during the Bush years.

Peggy Noonan became a clinton groupie before Bush2 ever joined the discussion. That was when her contribution started to look pretty lame.

Ann talked about real women and how they hold families, jobs, and country together. How they are caregivers for aging parents while meeting countless other every day demands. She raised women to the level we deserve- not reduce us to some dependent Julia whose priority in life is government paid birth control pills.

His mac daddy love affair bias is alway just a word away whenever he speaks.

Just ask yourself who would you rather spend an evening with,Mac daddy spewing his lies and moooooochele with food dripping from her snarling mean mouth and juan williams drooling all over mac daddy or Mitt and Ann Romney.

“I think we know the reason liberal men like Williams lash out at women like Ann Romney. They’re beautiful, blonde, strong, calm, and unattainable; and as an emasculated liberal “male,” he could never hope to lead, inspire, or please such women as a husband.”

That is an awesome and “spot on” analysis. Can I steal this? :)

You couldn’t have summarized her speech better. There is real life, and there is Julia-life. And you could see that look of understanding in the faces and tears of all the women listening to Mrs. Romney’s powerful speech. It was riveting.
