Attorney Larry Klayman has warned Robert Bauer, the General Council to the Democrat National Committee, that members of the “Democrat Party or state elections officials certifying Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election could become the targets of election-fraud charges.” (1)
Klayman–the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch–bases his warning on the fact that Hawaii State Registrar Alvin Onaka refused to verify to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett “the birth facts for Barack Hussein Obama that are claimed on the birth certificate posted on the White House website…”
In addition, Onaka “undeniably failed to verify that the [birth certificate] image posted at whitehouse.gov ‘is a true and accurate representation of the original record in [the DOH] files.’” (2)
On March 30th, Secretary Bennett filled out a standard request form, asking that Onaka “verify as true” that Barack Hussein Obama was born on...

even worse - "African" has NEVER been uses in reference to 'race'. African is not a race. Anyone born in Africa ia an 'African" - whether white, Asian, etc - so "AFrican" would never be listed as 'race.'

I think our own security services have the info, but can’t use it because of the PTB and chain of command. They might not have had enough proof prior to election, or might have had info that large scale race riots would have started 2nd CW.

This birther stuff is never, ever going to go anywhere. Every moment wasted on it is a moment not spent doing useful things that could help remove Hussein from office.

when the birther situation first came up, I believed that the CIA was involved and that there was, at one time, an actual coup’d etat attempt. When a persons entire history, education, work records, degrees, birth records everything disappears there is more to the story than appears to the naked eye.

Rumors or wishful thinking?
THE FOREIGNER squeezed by a recent court case in Florida where the judge refused to allow the release of THE FOREIGNERS background information because he was not officially the candidate for the SOCIALIST DEMOCRAT PARTY yet. He is now. He will have to be certified by each state again like he was 2008. At that time people were asleep at the switch and a great fraud was committed by many high ranking democrats to get him on the ballot. This time it will be different. Hillary is most likely standing in the wings if the train wreck starts heading over the cliff.
Legally, he did vouch that the information is true. See section (b) below.
§338-14.3 Verification in lieu of a certified copy.
(a) Subject to the requirements of section 338-18, the department of health, upon request, shall furnish to any applicant, in lieu of the issuance of a certified copy, a verification of the existence of a certificate and any other information that the applicant provides to be verified relating to the vital event that pertains to the certificate.
(b) A verification shall be considered for all purposes certification that the vital event did occur and that the facts of the event are as stated by the applicant.
