If an American consulate had been attacked and four Americans including the ambassador slaughtered on George W. Bush's watch --on 9/11, no less-- the outrage broadcast over the nation's elite media would have been intense and round-the-clock.
Had George W. Bush then responded to those events by jetting to Vegas for a fundraiser and campaign rally marked by a rote and emotion-less nod towards the victims and a callous transition to the difficulty of campaign life for political volunteers, well, the hysteria that would have followed would have melted wires.
Because Barack Obama is the MSM's favorite president ever; however, when these events followed that outrageous attack on Wednesday, the Manhattan-Beltway media did not even pause from their unremitting attack on...Mitt Romney, of course.
When the President compounded the day's fiasco by announcing to a stunned foreign policy elite via Telemundo that Egypt was not an "ally," much of the MSM didn't even bother to note the pratfall, nor the fact that it was juxtaposed with the President's chest thumping dismissal of Mitt Romney as as "shoot-first, aim later" candidate.

The attack of the MSM against Romney for his perfectly conventional standard politician response/attack has bordered on psychotic. And now the breathtaking actions taken against anyone associated with “the video”. Somebody’s trying to divert attention from something. Desperately trying.
In my life the media has never been as derelict in their duty as they are now. It’s amazing. They have NO SHAME.
And why? Why? Is abortion really THIS important?
The “media” is propped up by “respectable” conservatives who play along with the left.
That must mean they are going to strike out with Barack Obama (3) at the plate.
MSM has doubled down on Dumbo. Carney, the squire boy, sounds like a TV huckster peddling leather repair kits.

Once that data point is established, all of the irrationality and utter evil behavior of the Left makes perfect sense.
The media is but one step from the twitter channel “ifobamadontwin” in many aspects.
Along with homosexuality, they’re the two “sacraments” of the religion of current day media leftism.
They have no credibility any more whatsoever, and will sel out our country for a "scoop"..
Socialism is.
But then, I stopped watching television and reading newspapers years ago, so what do I know?
If the average American citizen does not get a handle on O’Thuga’s lock on the MSM; we risk becoming like the German citizens who bought the media’ Hitler worship hook line and sinker before the war.
Sadly, yes. The bottom line for the left, what unites all the posturing and insanity, is an unshakeable belief that there are too many humans on the planet and the only way to "save" the planet is to cut the human population dramatically (at least in half, better yet by 90%).
This is a genocidal agenda on a scale beyond history but of course those who hold such views have no intention of "leading by example" in offing themselves (after all, the "enlightened" ones who realize this must be done "for our own good" obviously should be the inheritors of earth). Nor can they openly admit this agenda lest the sheeple wake up to the plan and beg to differ.

Ah, funny you should mention that. Because I’ve been wondering about just that thing.
DID the German media mis-represent Hitler? I say mis-represent to allow for it being honest ignorance, being manipulated, connivance, or any combination.
I think this thing with Romney becoming the “lede” of the story of the embassy attacks is the last straw for me. What he said was pretty unexceptionable, and yet the msm horde took exception to it, and further made it the focus of their stories. Which, regardless of what Mitt Romney said, should have been about a lot of other things instead.
Pretty much, unless Romney had come out calling for nuclear attack, other things should have been the focus.
I thought they were bad with Bush, I thought they were disgusting with Sarah and Bristol Palin, I’ve thought a lot of negative things about the media these last 45 years.
But only this past week have I thought that they would put the election victory of their teen-idol Barack Obama over their solemn duty to inform the American Public and fulfill our NEED TO KNOW.
I swear, if this bad person, Obama, gets re-elected I think I am going to throw in the towel on politics and just go full-prepper. Because this country is going to be a lost cause if that man is returned to office.
So, was this how the German MSM was?
But, what about Venezuela? They had a challenging media there, and those guys got shut down.
Who would stand up to Obama if he pulled some sh*t like declaring martial law? Not the military, they are under his control.
See-I’m starting to freak out a little bit here. But the media/Romney thing and the Feds hauling that filmmaker in, well I’m not sure freaking out is really an over-reaction.
Ha! The German media was scared out of their britches; no one crossed the Fuehrer. Of course,like most everyone else, at first they were largely enthralled with him; then before long, it was too late even if they had wanted to write the truth. - There is a Washington Post article going around the net that takes the paint off the walls about Obama.. . about damn high time, if you ask me . . .
